Stayed here 7 years ago but the hotel has been significantly upgraded since. The hotel is absolutely stunning, rooms comfortable with good air conditioning. The showers are outstanding! Not a 4 star hotel. No way of having coffee before 8 am , paper cups in the room and if you ask for glass you have to be prepared for an argument. No air condioning(broken apparently) so if you're at the back of the hotel and have to have the balcony doors open for air, it's so noisy you can't sleep. The hotel is really very lovely. We would definitely recommend and stay again. All staff, regardless of their role, were friendly. Very clean. Some areas in need of a little maintenence such as missing tiles in the pool. Brilliant location. Turn right for Old Town and left for the strip.

Just returned from a stay at the Diplomatic Hotel, Really nice hotel and food and very clean, just be careful if you staying in the back as there is a hotel opposite that has a loud air con unit going all night which keeps you awake. All the staff were very nice and helpful, would definitely stay there again, Nice central location.

6 of us stayed for 5 nights ideally situated for old town and lots of restaurants and bars and if you can stomach it the complete cesspit which is the new town is not too far away. We were a huge group of 24. Hotel was great, really accommodating. Highly recommend doing the pool party, you get discount for being a guest when you book. 100% would stay again.

Positioned perfectly for the lively nightlife. The staff are excellent. The location is noisy into the early hours but you can't have one without the other. Food I found to be of very good quality. You'd have to go a long way to beat this hotel overall.

Been in the Marina hotel for the last 5 years but we've come to the conclusion that it's time to try somewhere else. The hotel has moved to " an "Ibiza vibe" the music around the pool is awful unless U like constant dance music which starts @ 11am.. understand the management are moving on and trying something new... location and rooms are still spot on..

The marina is bang in the middle of the strip in Benidorm. It is a very lively hotel. There is music around the pool every single day . There are plenty of eating places and plenty of bars nearby and you are literally 3 mins from the beach front . If you like it lively and fun this is the place to be . Had another stay at hotel for two weeks in sea view room all staff excellent has always room spotlessly clean food good new entertainment team in place now only fault the shows in night are now on later than they used to be has they drag the mini disco and certificate presentation out every night gets very monotimus and then you get the same artists that have been coming to hotel for years really...

Excellent hotel in a brilliant location just off the beach. We are staying here at the moment with a few days left. If we come to Benidorm again I would stay here again. Shout out to Vincent the life guard his attentiveness to guests around the pool is highly commendable.

Overall our experience was good. The view of the sea, cleanliness and the staff were fantastic. Food was good, especially the breakfasts, however, other meals were average and repetitive. Speaking with other guests we all agreed the hotel was noisy. Roadworks couldn’t be helped, but the other noises from constant delivery drivers 24/7 took away from the experience. I’d consider returning again...
