Hotel Castillo

Me and my partner are here now and we are very happy with the the service from the owners and staff.nothing was too much trouble and the hotel was very clean and location was excellent. Would defo reccomend this hotel and will book here again when we next visit benidorm.

We were warmly greeted by Emilio in reception on arrival. He gave us all of the information we required for our visit. We opted to pay the additional cost for the parking which Emilio took us to after leaving our luggage at the hotel. ( Definitely a must as limited street parking). After a short walk back to the hotel, we were able to check in our room. The hotel rooms are lovely and clean. Breakfast was served by Maria & Edwin . Tostada's were available with a choice of toppings, cheese, jamon, tuna , butter & jam. Freshly squeezed orange juice , coffee, melon and croissants, were also among the delights. Great start to the day. There is a water despenser in the reception / breakfast room along with the coffee machine and small magdalena cakes all available 24hrs, a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We wouldn't hesitate to book again and would highly recommend. Thank you Emilio & Maria 😊

We have just returned from a fabulous four night stay and we will be back again in May! Cannot fault the hotel whatsoever. Emilio on the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The lady who cleaned the rooms was lovely too as was the lady on the reception and I’m so sorry we didn’t get their names 🥴 but next time we will. All the staff can’t do enough for you. The room was very clean. It has a fridge which came equipped with a free big bottle of water that was replaced daily. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate was available in reception 24/7 along with little cakes. Location was spot on and just a short stroll into the centre of the old town. Round the corner there is a take away place that sells pizzas, kebabs, pies and pasties! Lovely staff there too. We can’t wait to return again and thoroughly recommend The Hotel Castillo.

Lovely small hotel fabulous breakfast. Makois on reception so really helpful especially getting us late night donuts!!!! Jacuzzi bit too cold for this time of year but Terrance has wonderful views of all of Benidorm Very central but no noise in rooms we even had a balcony

Really enjoyed my five night stay at the Castillo. I wouldn't hesitate to return here. As previous reviewers have stated a really good well run hotel. I must thank Emilio for always being efficient welcoming and friendly and also Kamila who served the breakfast.

What a fabulous hotel. We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this lovely, clean hotel. It is small and the staff are the friendliest caring people . Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were all you would need for a comfortable stay. Beds and pillows were excellent! Breakfast was a continental style served at your table plenty enough to fill you up . 24hr free coffee, snacks and water on help yourself basis. Water in the room replenished every day. Very close to beach, bars and taxi for trips if required taxi to New Town for 7euro for November Fiesta. We will definitely return to this lovely, friendly, clean and comfortable Hotel. A little gem, I was in a wheelchair with broken leg, the staff couldn’t do enough, rooms were clean, madern, beds very comfortable 24hr tea & coffee available in lobby, Continental breakfast served at your table, perfect location parking available, will definitely return and will recommend without hesitation

Another lovely stay at this friendly hotel,our 4th stay,emelilio welcomed us and remembered us from previous visits,lovely room,cleaned everyday , staff friendly and breakfast is lovely ,handy for the beach and tapas alley ,we missed Fred this year but hope we see him next year

Found this great hotel just off the beach hotel. It is a small hotel but run extremely helpful staff, especially Simon who arranged free parking right outside the hotel. It provides free coffee all day free of charge. The rooms are basic and very clean, some with balconies. It is a great place for a few days visit. You won't be disappointed. Great value

The location of this hotel was excellent, handy for the old and the new town and also close to the beach. It was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely and served with a smile. All the staff were wonderful, extremely helpful. We couldn't find fault with anything.
