However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible service provided by the concierge, Cristhian. Their dedication to ensuring my visit was memorable was unparalleled. Whether it was securing difficult-to-get dinner reservations, recommending hidden gems around the city, or arranging transportation, Cristhian went above and beyond at every turn. Their local knowledge and personalized recommendations greatly enhanced my trip, allowing me to experience the city in a way I never could have on my own. It’s rare to find such a passionate and attentive professional who genuinely cares about the guests’ experiences, and for that, I am extremely grateful.

But service ahead of arrival was not existing. I asked after the best option to park my car, never got an answer. And worse, I booked the hotel because of the pool, but the pool were closed, due to wired reasons without being informed ahead of arrival as long you can cancel it. That's 1 star. Makes 3 all together.
