This is a beautiful and tranquil space in the old town of Chania. We had room 3 and very much enjoyed the terrace. Breakfast is superb and the hosts, Andreas and Alexandra, would do anything to make you happy

The breakfast served by Alex and Andreas was delicious every day and I never realized that Cretin oranges are the best in the world based on their fresh-squeezed orange juice every morning

Great place, beautifully decorated and in the middle of old town. Gorgeous rooms, very good breakfast and very kind and personal service. Highly recommended. Parking a plus.

This is an incredible tiny bed and breakfast in Chania. Alex and Andreas are the loveliest hosts. Our room was incredible - full living room and bedroom upstairs

Là, tout n’est qu’ordre et beauté, / Luxe, calme et volupté. The Ottoman House in Chania is one of the most beautiful and refined places we have ever visited

The room was furnished tastefully and felt cosy. Breakfast is served in a bar close to the residence and with a great view on the harbor. Staff was extra friendly in Fagotto and gave tips about the area

The Andante room we had is quiet and cool with a private side street entrance. Bed is very comfortable and we had a great sleep, all 2 minutes away from the Venetian Harbor area

The location is perfect: in the city centre, close to the Old Harbor and the Nea Chora Beach. The apartment was extremely clean, quiet. I really liked the view from the terrace

The place is very central and a great starting point to explore Chania's old town. We had the room on the ground floor, directly accessible from the street with a very nice cat greeting us every time

Pity only 5 stars I would need 10 beautiful Venician building in the street of angel's staying here is like being in heaven highly recommended for a stay in chania

High quality accomodation with a great localization. Directly in the old town, run by very nice and friendly people, furnished and arranged with a very good taste

What truly makes Palazzo di Pietro unforgettable, however, is the staff. Exceptionally hospitable, helpful, and warm, they made us feel immediately welcome and consistently cared for throughout our stay

One of my best hotel experience ever The room was very special. You really felt like you walked in to someones bedroom and you felt that ”homefeeling” right away. So this is really something special

We spend two special night here. The rooms were well designed, the breakfast was superb, and the service was flawless. Was also very nice to have our own private pool with a view out over the city and lighthouse

We had an unforgettable 2 night stay at this stunning hotel. The room was clean, modern and the views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking but what really sold it for us was the private pool

The hotel is very nice, but for some room (our room, deluxe room with private pool and sea view) private pool it’s not actually private because you can see the neighboring terrace

There was an excellent range of breakfast options and it was delivered to the room each morning all beautifully presented. We made full use of the spa facilities and indulged in a 60 minute aromatherapy massage

All the staff at the hotel, with no exceptions, were welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to cater any requests we had. Dimitris was especially kind and helpful when we arrived at the hotel

Staff are friendly and attentive speaking excellent English. No swimming pool is the only negative we could find here. Would recommend as a stylish place to stay in Chania

A marvellous understated hotel , amazing location in the town , with beautiful views. The restaurant downstairs serves breakfast. The staff can't do enough for you - lovely eggs each morning

In the evenings , they serve a selection of excellent steaks. Staff are well informed , and really on it. Our first time in Chania , but it won't be the last

Even though the harbor was very crowded and busy late into the evening we did not hear a thing. It is in a pedestrian only zone so be prepared to walk a block or so upon arrival

We absolutely loved our stay in the fabulous ceramic suite and we will be back for sure. stunning views and great bars and restaurants. if you have never been to Chania

Staff is great and very helpful. I gave the hotel a 4 for a couple of reasons. There are no additional amenities- no food, bar, pool, or rooftop terrace. Be careful which room you book

Need a few more hours before check out? No problem. Want us to hold your souviniers for a few days, sure! Wonderful experience, and I can not give this place enough accolades for true customer satisfaction

It was cleaned every day with no exception. The breakfast was the best part because they make everything fresh with a very wide range of options. Freshly squizzed orange juice every morning

They helped us organize our day trips, gave us tips on what to bisot, prepared breakfast bags when we had to get up early. We had a maisonette which is very lovely with a very comfortable bed

Great place and very kind and helpful people

The reason I am writing this review is because the staff went above and beyond to help us. They served us breakfast as they cleaned the room since we were four hours early on our check-in

I feel like they gave us extra food and then they even let us view the room before we made our final decision to book it. They gave us their own personal beach towels as we headed to a nearby beach off property

The owner and all the staff were very friendly and helpful

The meal we had at the restaurant was very good and a real healthy portion. If we hadn’t found this gem so late in our holiday we would have eaten there again. Great value and the service was very good

The rooms were clean, they would change bedding regularly. When we had early excursions around 6. 30 am, Les Denis and his team would prepare early take away breakfast for us

We stay at Odos Onerion for 7 nights and had the best customer service from the friendly team. They would go out of the way to ensure we had an amazing experience

Perfect place for a relaxing sun holiday! The room, the pools, the views, peace and quiet the friendly people. Beach is 5 minute stroll, old town around 30 minutes or 7 euro in a taxi

Stayed here in 2017 but have a look every time I’m in Chania. The rooms have this insane period wood paneling which is like art. Views of Chania’s Venetian harbor are chefs kiss

They offered helpful local tips, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was preparing a delicious breakfast or recommending a hidden gem nearby, they always had our comfort in mind

The owners and staff were incredibly warm, (Georgia, Sandy, Maria to name some) welcoming, and genuinely caring by the end of our stay, it felt like we were part of the family. The hospitality was heartfelt and personal

The included breakfast was fantastic. We would come back and I can recommend this place without any hesitation. One tip was that I didn't realize you can ask them to help you with your bags and coordinate where to meet

Serenissima was a beautiful, perfect choice for our two-day stay in Chania. The property is gorgeous, the rooms are very clean, and breakfast is so delicious + set in a stunning dining room

Most of all, 10/10 service -- we were the tourists who didn't know we had to park a few blocks away and carry all our luggage to the hotel (because a lot of the area is walking only)

The Serenissimia Boutique Hotel is a beautiful residence with an excellent location - calm and quiet but only a short walk along the winding streets to restaurants and shops

Really lovely staff, laid back atmosphere. If you like cats they have a few walking around who are super relaxed. Great pool as well.

Sooo nice! People there are so kind and helpfull. This is a quiet place near the city center (3km) and near the autoband. You can book the day dish for the night. There a large pool with a bar

Great service, food, pool, location, big balconies, nice rooms. Putting a mattress with water would be great in this amazing pool. Bit noise coming from outside. Light coming inside the room needs to be improved curtains

SanSal and the employees provides exceptional service. The rooms and the view where clean and modern. The food at the pool bar was very reasonable and tasty. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

The swimming pool on the roof of the 7th floor is also very beautiful with great views. The breakfast is rich in content, and you can taste many of Crete's special snacks

Motorcycles and cars turn and accelerate here. I can't fall asleep until 12 o'clock in the evening. I can also be woken up at 5 o'clock in the morning. The noise of the accelerating car is too loud

There were robes and slippers, mood lighting - whatever you want. The shower is spacious, with warm water and good pressure. The vanity is large enough for two women to get ready. Plenty of hooks for hanging things

Our key card didn't work, so we had to have her come back and fix that for us but it was easy. TALL hand painted ceilings, tall windows, a large bed, armoir, fridge, safe, desk, and large bathroom

We were two women staying for just one night. We parked closeby and walked to Greco hotel and were received by Anna. The check in was easy and she walked us over to the Boutique hotel

The bed was large and comfortable and its so nice to look up at the beautiful ceiling. The lobby of the hotel is also very cute. Its got a little bar, a lounge and a gallery

Also, the wooden stairs are antique, and you can hear when people go up and down them in a noisy manner. These things could be adjusted easily with the right care

HOWEVER! The front door SLAMS shut - as its an old wooden door with no special mechanics. So the entire room would shake whenever someone went in our out

Beautiful, new and very desiged room in a peaceful neighborhood just 9 minutes from the center of Chania and the old town. The service is excellent, the owner is really kind and the homemade desserts are so delicious

Everything was perfect you can visit town on foot. Also and most important the room was amazing for us and very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay in Chania cause Vaggelis. We will choose those rooms again for sure..❤️

A perfectly equipped apartment located in a quiet district of the city, away from the hustle and bustle, close to the old town. Very polite and helpful owner, very welcoming and obliging

It's a beautiful place to do your vacation! Center of chania is very close and it easy to go there! We had complimentary local products and a very tasty bottle of wine!

The apartment is ideal for a couple but also for a 2 + 2 family. We have already been there twice, we will be there for the third time soon

Plain and simple the most awesome place to stay. The rooms are modern, remodeled and super clean. However we couldnt wait for the awsome breakfast Sócrates was preparing fresh for every guest from local producers

I won't stay anywhere else when I visit Chania! Rena, Socrates, Mado, and Rania have become close friends and I feel like family when I stay with them

If you planning to chat the best place is city centre, get Vodafone prepaid SIM as they have plan with 40gb internet so for few weeks you will be OK and it costs 40 euros

The hotel is about 4 miles from main town and I barely get 1 bar or at most nothing at all so for streaming is sucks as at best you get 2G and forget about 3G or 4G

The rest options is not good at all as other operators offering 1. 5 to 4 GB max which is a joke nowadays

Things to consider: Wifi is really bad but its nothing to do with hotel but its network itself

We rented a car based on a referral from Mike and we had an wonderful adventure around Western crete based on Mikes and Inkas tips. The breakfast had all the basic choices but also some cretan specialities

Right in the heart of the old town. Among many restaurants and bars. The room had a tiny balcony,which as about right for three persons to sit and enjoy the view of the small alley which was crowded!

Great hospitality and very clean rooms with beautiful design. It is located downtown with easy access to everywhere! Additionally they follow all the safety measures about covid19
