Airbnb had cockroaches and we had to find alternative accommodation with 3 young children late at night. The man at reception (I didn't take his name but he was on the front desk on Wednesday August 21st) was very helpful. We really appreciated his help and understanding manner. We would have been stuck otherwise. Thank you.

Every way perfect 👌 superb clean hotel in perfect location with 5 star services.
Rooms very clean ,breakfast with big choice for everyone and reception staff always with smile ready to help

Astali has been our favourite hotel - we stayed for a week and really enjoyed it & would really like to come back.
Staff is very helpful and professional. Especially huge thank you for helping to make our birthday arrangements unforgettable with beautiful flowers, delicious cake and great celebration vibes. The senior lady who's owner she won our hearts by her helping nature !
We also would like to mention to the son's of the owner and the staff that we only stayed for one week, but all of you gave us memories and the experience for lifetime. Big gratitude and Thank You from Denmark.

Rooms are pretty basic and small, but clean and cozy. Breakfast was terrific considering the size of the hotel, consisting eggs, toast, turkey, ham, fruit, yoghurt, oat, muesli, fresh juice, coffee. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nice small hotel near city center of Rethymno. Tidy rooms, clean, nice classical music in elevetor. Rooms on the street bit noisy for those who need to rest. Beach 2 min walk, port 2 min, near to all atractios. Continental breakfast.

The location is absolute perfect, you are in the middle of the city of Rethymno.
The employees are all smiling and helpful. We had a beautiful and clean room. Overall we recommend this hotel a lot.
