Terrible place. Emotional abuse from the staff. My phone got stolen from our room when we were sleeping! I left a review to Tripadvisor and somebody from there replied a long time after and blamed everything on me 😄😄😄apparently they don't respect their customers. Definitely do not recommend! They did not even speak good English and they spoke their own language to me which I did not understand, so it was just too much and abusive.

A room I rented was poorly vacuumed and smelled like mold. Even after keeping windows opened for hours the smell was still there. Staff was okay.

BEWARE OF THE BED BUGS! I booked a room in the hotel last-minute after driving for 16 hours. I just needed a quick sleep for me and my family (2 adults and a dog) before continuing the driving. I was given a ground floor room, spacious, with a spare bed for the dog, so initially I was very happy with it. That was until I woke up in the morning and found blood stains on the bed sheets and literally thousands of bed bugs under the pillows and blankets. When I reported about the problem, the receptionist was not surprised at all, and he offered me to change the room, but we were already on our way, so I got my money back instead. This, however, is not enough. I haven't seed so bad condition anywhere in the world, and believe me, I travel a lot! This is not acceptable for a hotel inviting families with kids and pets! Now I returned home, but I still live in fear that some of the bed bugs might have infested my luggage and could have come home with me. Terrible! This place should be shut down and inspected before having guests ever again!
