great hotel! it had a high value for money and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in Rome. It is close to all major landmarks in rome as well as the Vatican City, and you can walk anywhere. The rooms are pretty high-tech and well done for their size. The terrace restaurant has a good menu and spectacular views. I would suggest that all people looking to visit Rome should strongly consider staying at the Orazio Palace!

The rooms at this hotel was lovely and spacious, the staff was kind and helpful.

Rooftop bar is so lovely!!!

Only complaint is the drinks were quite pricey compared to all the other places we visited during our stay.

Andreas was amazing, and his customer service was impeccable. He did all of our travel arrangements. The hotel is very sleek and well kept in a clean neighborhood with great restaurants.

Great location if you are going to explore Rome. Lots to do in walking distance. One of the only places to get "traditional American style breakfast" in the rooftop restaurant. Showers only, so keep that in mind if you want to soak after a long day of walking/hiking. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Check-in is 3.

It was first experience for me in Rome. The hotel was recommended by a fiend of mine. I arrived early morning about 2 O’clock. The check in was fast and the receptionist guy was very gentle and friendly and helpful Mr. Marcel. I stated first three nights in Superior Double Room and the size is relatively large. But the second room when I came after short trip to Florence was too small standard Double Room , with almost no space to walk when put our luggage.

Breakfast is not as expected compared to other hotels in this price range. There no much options and the scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were cold. Coffee is self-serve from a machine, and so are juices. No fresh juice option. Special order items like omelets or crepes are not included in the breakfast price and are charged extra.

Location is good with just 3 minutes walk to the main shopping street. But no near to the main downtown city center. You need to call taxi. I really very much thanking their assistance and support for any questions asked and were very cheerful faces in respect to Miss April and the manger Mr. Marco when I checked out. However, If I would like to come to Rome again maybe I will choose another Hotel nearby the center.

Location is fabulous. As we had an executive room we had enough space. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym available. Missing complimentary bottled water in room after arrival.

We booked a superior room, but were frankly quite disappointed with the place. Isolation is close to non-existant, you can follow your neighbor’s movie right from your bed.

Needing some sleep, we were eventually moved to a standard room instead - much smaller and late in the evening. This is not exactly the kind of experience we were expecting.

I would personally not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a let down compared to our earlier stays in Rome at smaller boutique hotels.
Rooms are extremely small, with almost no space to stand once you put your luggage down. Reception staff is nice and warm.

On day 2, there was no hot water in the morning in the entire hotel. We had cold showers. It took them several hours to fix. On day 3, the lights would not turn off at night. Called reception and they came in to fix the problem with the switchboard. On day 4, same problem reoccurred. Again someone came in to work on the switchboard at night to fix the problem.

Breakfast is lame compared to other hotels in this price range. Coffee is self-serve from a machine, and so are juices. No fresh juice option. Special order items like omelets or crepes are not included in the breakfast price and are charged extra. You can't access the outdoor terrace area as the buffet table blocks the entrance to the terrace. We got asked 3 times for our room number while eating breakfast.

We booked 4 rooms for 5 nights more than 2 months in advance with a request to give us rooms on the same floor. We were split between 3 different floors and were told there's no possibility to change during the 5 day stay.

Location is good with just 2 blocks to the main shopping street, but metro station is 8 minutes walk.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It was our first stop on our Italy trip and it was a great way to kick off our vacation. We stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. I booked a superior double room and it was HUGE. The biggest room I've had in Europe and even bigger than some American hotels I've stayed in! The room was beautiful - clean, modern, upscale, well-decorated. It had a spacious bathroom, a huge comfortable bed, beautiful views from the window, and the best feature was the automatic blackout shades! We slept like logs on our first night after a long 2 days of travel and exploring! We also had a coffee bar in our room which we loved. The bathroom was excellent - very clean, awesome shower and bathtub (which was perfect for soaking tired feet after 10 miles of walking). The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood - it was very quiet and in a very clean, safe area of the city. We were within walking distance of the Vatican and Piazza Navona. The rooftop restaurant was excellent. The food was incredible and the views were even better. The staff at reception were excellent - they let us store our luggage upon arrival while we waited for our room, called taxis for us whenever needed and helped us book tickets to the Vatican. The hotel itself is gorgeous and was very clean, safe, and stylish. I was very pleased with the price at booking and felt even more so after our stay; I definitely got a great bang for my buck! All in all a wonderful stay and I would stay here again myself and highly recommend it to others.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff are the nicest and most accommodating people. They will make sure you are taken care of in every way. They watch after you and also have great recommendations for things to do in Italy. We were greeted by Marco (direttore) and the front desk attendant. The location is in walking distance to all of things you’d want to go see in Rome. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The rooftop restaurant is super cute and ambiance is peaceful! We would definitely return and stay here again.
