Arts Hotel Istanbul - Special Class

Unfortunately had a disappointing experience. HOW COME IT’S A 5 STARS HOTEL??? The room service was extremely slow and unresponsive; it took an unreasonable amount of time to receive my orders, and when they arrived, they were not up to standard. They also charged me for the adaptor plug!
Additionally, there was unpleasant smell in the bathroom that made it uncomfortable to use. The room was dusty, and cleanliness was lacking. The overall quality of the room was very low. Based on my experience, I do not recommend staying at Arts Hotel Istanbul. There are better options available in the area that offer superior service and amenities at competitive prices.

It is NOT 5 stars hotel at all. Not even close. It’s like comfort inn in states. 2,5 stars.
It’s gimmick.
You can hear literally everything. Passing cars. People taking next door.
Towels have holes in them lol
Front desk person is not very nice.
Gladly I stayed just one night.
It would be Disaster to stay here for a week.
And parking is NOT free. It’s 500 TL per day.
And don’t expect working WIFI in your room

This hotel was my worst experience in Turkey. Please make sure guys especially black folks who are traveling to visit turkey not to book this hotel. I experienced a big discrimination being a black. Thank god I was smart enough to deny the room they assigned me and leave the premises because they want it me to stay in a very small really tiny room in the basement located in a different building than the main building of the hotel. Please be careful, it is not a five stars hotel not even near. Also front desk employees are very rude and unhelpful. Be careful booking with Priceline ExpressDeals, it looks like they do not investigate on their hotels partners especially abroad because on their application this hotel is listed as a 5 stars hotel, it is a big scam. Better feel safe than sorry. Black lives matters ❤️❤️❤️

Terrible service !! worth 1/3 the money u paied. Don’t believe the pictures in internet, Never ever.
You should call 3 times to recept about remote control, air condition,…
For a simple request, you have to coordinate and request with the reception desk several times.
Dirty room, aggressive staffs (exept cleaning staffs), cold breakfast (think about cold egg to eat) 🤮, terrible lighting,…
Never come back again.

Terrible experience. I booked a 5 star hotel but got a terrible 2-star experience.
- Fake photos.
- The room had bad smells.
- Very older furniture.
- 👎 Bad AC, it’s getting start cold after 3 hours, and if the hotel is busy, it's won't work at all.
- The hotel reception at night starts all of this nightmare... he is really rude, arguing, and doesn't know how to communicate. He fights with me after 5 seconds of talking 😑.
- No one will take care of your compliments, the reception is the only person you can talk with.. what a nightmare.
Overall, it’s a fake 5 star hotel with very bad hospitality experience.

Dunno on what earth this hotel can be ranked as a 5 star hotel.
First of all the hygiene of my room does not meet the 5 star standard. There’s a cotton swap by the front door when I checked in. The mirror and the only one towel they provide both have stains, dunno if those are blood or smth. Toilet does not work well either, I have to flash it twice to make sure it’s clean, and the trash bin next to toilet is hard to open. Table and room corner are quit dusty, not sure if they clean it before I checked in, and the floor looks like they never wax it.
For amenities. WiFi signal is sooo bad in my room, I called the front desk for help, he asked me to come to him to fix the issue, it’s not what I expected but I did so, at the end it was not the problem of my phone, it’s bc WiFi signal doesn’t really cover my room, it works ok when I’m at lobby. More over, no iron, no snacks, no toothbrush and the shower gel looks reused. Mini bar table looks really old and have a lots of scars. There’s only one towel in my room and the sealing tape is definitely reused. So is the slippers, I didn’t realize the yellow stains on the tip of the slipper until I’m ready check out, along with some long hairs on it, it’s definitely not mine cuz I only have short hair.
For breakfast, there r really limited choices, and 95% of them are cold, even for the food in warming trays, there are not even hot milk or scramble eggs which suppose be the basic standard of a breakfast buffet. Yet the price is not cheap(more than 500), the quality does not worth of the price at all.
Then security. Not long after I checked in to the room. A server opened my door and asked me if I need more complementary water or instant coffee, what he did was sweet, but I don’t appreciate the fact that he opened my door without my consent, especially I just checked in to the room like 20 mins ago. And the check out time is 12, but housekeeping opened my door at around 11:30 while I’m still in the room, and I just called the front desk that I wanna a late check out 10 mins before that.
As for the service…. The service was not bad, at least there was a server led me to my room. But other things were not even close to 5 star hotel standard.
Overall, it’s a fake 5 star hotel, the price I paid was like 87 usd, with tax is 100 usd, it’s lower than average 5-star price, but more than 4-star. But what I get is definitely lower than a average 4-star.
this if u r looking for a luxury hotel experience, AVOID IT!!!! Most of 4 stars hotel can do much better than this hotel!!!!
I don’t really write low rating reviews but for this hotel I would like to call it scam.

Tin Hotel should not be a 5-star hotel, there was no variety for breakfast, and the bread was dry and the service was not good. Also, the rooms are boring and bad. However, I had taken the deluxe room of this hotel, and the room smells of sewage, but the location is good. If I had chosen another 5-star hotel, it would have been better in that location👎🏻

Be very very careful about this hotel , I left one day my safe open with in envelope money 600$ . When I came last night to take money and checking I noticed my money was fake now I have 500$ fake money and 100$ real. So I came from USA Texas and I was using whole time . Only one day left open safe and this is what happen. It’s employee team . I’m in Shock right now. Please be aware about your money . I want to report police but it will take long time for investigation. Never ever leave your safe open even it’s your room.
