Absolutely great hotel, the rooms are a good size considering the general room sizes in turkey, everything else is wonderful, service with a smile and English-speaking assistance.
Breakfast is awesome with optional freshly fried eggs to your liking.
On leaving Veli the luggage concierge took our bags down weighted them and marked each weight before we got down to check out.
Highly recommend staying here

Everything was very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice!! Special thanks to Ismail, who helped us during our stay after a failed room we have rented in an Airbnb.

I liked the professionality this hotel has. Excellent staff, and I liked how they communicated and cooperated. Many thanks for the housekeeping. The room service was perfect and sent upon arrival some fruits. The restaurant I've tried and was very nice.

good service, good breakfast. good hygiene.
The receptionist was very welcoming and the breakfast was varied. It was also very fresh. The room was a bit small though. But the quality of bedding inside is very good. If next time I or my friends come over to istanbul, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The transportation is also very convenient. After getting off the airport bus from the airport, you can reach the hotel in 5 minutes on foot.

It was my first time in Istanbul, I really enjoyed the hotel. Perfect location and the room is good size, especially the closest! You can shop and still have good space.

We escaped here after a horrible stay at Dora Hotel.
The staff is very sweet and helpful. My mom had a dental surgery and they helped us with always keeping the ice bags in the freezer rotating. From the trainee to the manager, the staff is well trained and polite, they are very accommodating.
Hotel is at the perfect spot. Breakfast is good. Everything was spotless clean.

Fantastic location, within easy walking distance to main sites. The room was spacious and had everything we need. The staff is very nice and responsive. Hospitality is exceptional (like expected everywhere Turkey, to be fair). It is also worth noting that the hotel is very secure. The place I can easily recommend!
