This is my second stay at the hotel. Excellent for families. Professional treatment. I feel like I am in my second home. I would like to thank everyone in charge of this hotel, starting with the room service staff, the door staff, as well as the reception and the guest relations department, especially Mrs. Malika, as she is in daily contact to check in.

It doesn't deserve its price. You pay 160 eur per night per person and you get a room which has a hair dryer from 80s. Drain in the shower doesn't work. In 2 minutes, the shower basin becomes a pool with dirty water. Only in 2 mins. Quite bad infrastructure and drain. You ask for iron and they don't bring it. Sorry but this hotel only makes Arabs happy. Customers who understand what quality is, gives you one star only. Hotel management should visit other Mövenpick hotels in European countries and see the difference. This hotel is not in Mövenpick standards. This looks like quite cheap mid scale hotel. for 160, you can go an stay at Hilton DoubleTrees in Istanbul and see the difference. As a frequent business traveler and Accor Gold member, I can assure you, you can find better hotels in Istanbul

We stayed in this hotel for 14 nights everything was perfect from the staff to the room we stayed at room number 2001 everyone was so nice and polite and professional specially iremsu from guest relation definitely recommend this hotel for everyone

This hotel exceeds all expectations!
The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional at all hours of the day/night. The hotel has great wellness facilities, an exceptional roof top bar with the best veiw in Istanbul and I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. Five stars.

It's a great hotel. I was worried if it will be noisy because I prefer quiet for sleeping. They gave me room on the back. So I had no problem, it was really silent and comfortable. Service is great in all departments. I recommend to get massage, their spa is really good. They have Hunkar restaurant down and Italian restaurant on the top floor. Both of them are great on their category. Overall highly recommended 👌

I am thoroughly enamored with Istanbul in general, and this hotel has only deepened my appreciation. It is a beautiful, luxurious establishment, characterized by cleanliness, comfort, and convenience, situated in a tranquil location. The impeccable service provided by the staff reflects a remarkable level of professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend this hotel and unquestionably plan to revisit in the future.

We loved our week here. Fazile in house keeping was amazing! Awesome room service. Great breakfast. We loved returning to a nice, clean, and cozy room every day. Highly recommend! We will be returning!

Nice hotel in a nice location, the service is good (even though they forgot to put bottles of water in my room twice) from what I understood this hotel was rebuilt after closing down the previous one, the rooms are not as big as wanted but the location is what you pay for. Close to food places and a metro station, has a view on the bosphorus, free turkish bath and spa, very nice italian restaurant on top. They have 2 more nice restaurants in the ground floor, the turkish breakfast was great.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, but the biggest issue is that most of the staff speak very little English, which is very surprising for this price and the level of the hotel. So if you do not speak Turkish communication with the staff will be quite a challenge.
Usually I would not complain about this, but due to a miscommunication, the staff barged into my room during a very important business meeting which was very very disappointing… and it was quite a challenge to explain that the guy needs to leave.
If you do not speak Turkish and are looking for a hotel for a business trip, I would look elsewhere.

The owner did an impressive (and expensive) job with the renovation of the common space and the room. They also added a spa with a pool! Some rooms have unique views of the Bosphorus. The service is professional and excellent. We definitely plan to return
