Divas Hotel

I didn’t like the hotel. It doesn’t look anything like the photos — the rooms are very small and old. The bathrooms are also very unpleasant and outdated. The place feels neglected and not clean.
The only good thing was the staff — they were polite and tried to help.
However, the location is great, close to all the main tourist attractions and the Grand Bazaar.

Divas hotel is an affordable place to come to for a holiday. The hygiene however is lacking, the toilet feels like it’s moving when your sat on it. The sink is disgusting. The cleaners come in as a guise to clean but just put fresh towels and toilet roll. The photos on the website are not like the hotel rooms In real life. I will the say the location is good as the blue mosque is not to far away. They need to renovate or something to make the hotel better, plus the same breakfast everyday.

Dramatic. The worst place i ever stayed. Pictures of place must been taken 6 years ago. Poor breakfast, everyday boiled eggs, cold potatoes with lettuce and chopped tomato. Smelly towels. Air condition with old filters causing odour in rooms

The photographs on the website were misleading, as the actual room conditions were significantly different and of poor quality. The room was filthy, and there was a strong odor of smoke emanating from the bedding and damp or mold, which prevented me from getting a restful night sleep due to constant coughing.The absence of windows for ventilation in the room & dining room impedes the circulation of fresh air.(window leaded to dining room) the toilet was disgusting very strong smell off gutter odor from the shower area. The sink was equipped with corroded rusty tap that was disgusting to even touching the tap to wash your hands or face & there was no towels or toilet paper holders, and that toilet paper is placed on the floor. When report to reception was not interested in helping. Due to the hotel's failure to address our health concerns, I made the decision to relocate to a different hotel, which cost the other £360. Despite informing the hotel management about the situation, they displayed a lack of concern and even laughed about the matter.

I don’t know where to start! The transfer was 2 hrs late after we landed to get us to the hotel. The staff aren’t helpful. They gave us a room in a basement with no windows and so dirty. The rooms nothing like that they advertised. After we complained they charge us €25 extra per nights and upgraded our room but the room is still dirty and disgusting. No kettles and not even a toilet rolls!!! Please never book this hotel.
