Reviews
#### Cons:
- Most of the staff were not friendly; they rarely greeted us and were generally impolite.
- The hotel did not provide suitable slippers for showering and walking inside the room, which is a basic amenity.
- There was a lot of noise from the staff in the hallways during the day, which disrupted the peace and quiet for the guests.
- At a height of 175 cm, the toilet seat was too high for me, making it uncomfortable and impractical.
- The pool seemed more for display; it was out of order during our stay. The middle-aged, bearded man in charge of the pool and massage services was very rude and unprofessional, responding aggressively to questions.
- There were many young children among the guests, making it noisy, especially during breakfast. If you're bothered by children's noise, this hotel may not be suitable.
- The rooms have air conditioning but no ventilation system. The AC is old, does not turn off automatically, sometimes gets too cold, and can only be turned on or off manually from the wall.
- Upon entering the room for the first time, there was a strong sewage smell that dissipated after opening the windows. The sewage system seems to have issues, as the smell returns after a few hours of non-use but goes away after using the bathroom.
#### Pros:
- The hotel is in an excellent location, with close access to restaurants, shops, and other amenities.
- The hotel is clean, with good housekeeping throughout the premises. The cleaning staff did a great job every day, and the lobby and elevators were spotless.
- The rooms are larger than standard hotel rooms, which is a significant advantage.
- The breakfast is tidy, appropriate, and served daily.
- Ms. Atousa, the public relations officer, is like a gem in this hotel, always solving any issues with a friendly attitude, which is a great asset for the hotel.
- The hotel offers free and excellent Wi-Fi with very good speed.
- The hotel is quiet at night with minimal traffic, ensuring a peaceful sleep.
- The hotel's bathroom system, including the shower and toiletries, is adequate.
#### Conclusion:
I definitely recommend this hotel. My rating is 3 out of 5. The pros outweigh the cons, and the issues mentioned are fixable. I hope this review helps you in making your decision.
I paid a big amount and regret booking this 1 star hotel.
I would give her 10 out of 10.
Rooms were always cleaned up and safety measures were met there was securities and someone at the desk at all times. Sometimes there was live Turkish music in the hotel too with a DJ. In my opinion anyone can go into this hotel and have the best time, if you need anything all you have to do is approach them nicely and explain what is going on in a way that they can understand because not all can know the same language☺️.
Overall I will definitely be back!!! :)
- We ordered room service The food arrived cold, the waiter did not bring us cutlery, did not bring the food with a table but gave us the plates by hand instead of bringing them into the room, we asked for a drink menu and it took the waiter two hours to bring it to us . I asked him change my room he refused And ask me to pay on spot.
