The overall hotel was very nice and the gym is the best hotel gym I've ever been in. The room layout was weird however and a TV with stand was floating right on the foot of the bed. There also was a pillar and desk in the middle of the room which took up a lot of space (including considerable space on the desk taken up by chocolate and other minibar items). The light switches didn't really make a ton of sense and the A/C seemed underpowered. Otherwise, the staff was nice and we enjoyed the pool access and the location within the neighborhood. May be more focused for business travelers

I have stayed in this hotel four times in four years, it is a very good hotel. I just wish that the rooms would be checked before the arrival of the guests so that we wouldn't get into trouble due to the lack of toothbrushes and soap. Especially in terms of the location, which I think is in one of the best parts of Istanbul, which is easily accessible by ferry and subway.
It has a unique buffet breakfast that gets better every year and a very professional and kind chef named Recep Karakos who is also very polite. The receptionists are always polite and the hotel staff are all really helpful and friendly, especially in this last trip, Mr. Mohammad helped a lot to get a taxi and carry the luggage faster. I only suggest that you don't drink in the pool area, because unfortunately, the person making the drinks is not a professional.
Only from a hotel in a cat-friendly city like Istanbul, I expect more and better care for the hotel's cats. Many times I saw that the cats were very hungry and thirsty.

I stayed in Room 612 from 6 - 8 April 2024 with a lovely view on the sea. The room is spacious with a wall to wall carpet. The staff at the front desk were very professional as well as the lady in charge at The Doubles, where I enjoyed a sumptuous buffet breakfast daily. A tram AND Metro stations are virtually on the hotel's doorstep. What more can one ask for ? I shall definitely be back !

Great hotel located in nice part of Istanbul! And if you want ro get to historical part of the city, it is just 30 min by ferry ⛴️ ! Only minus that swimming pools were closed during our stay

Friendly staff , very good breakfast! Close to Kadikoy ferry terminal and Metro. Smell in the room was not good. Air Con was off ( winter season ) and it was very warm in the room like 24-25 degrees. Window open but much noise from the street .

Excellent service and clean rooms. Thank you for complimentary upgrade to a best view room. Stayed 9 nights and loved the breakfast. This was my second stay, and I loved it. Thank you to all the management team

Location and views are superb and the breakfast is really good and tasty with a large variety. However they noticed that spa and pool would be available from Feb 1 on online check-in, reaching the hotel this was not the case- they extended to March 1st, what a let down. Staff is friendly and forthcoming.
