We were really looking forward to our stay, but it was disappointing. Paid a high price for a small Bosphorus view room (without breakfast). Loud music from a nearby club went on past 12:30 AM, which made it hard to sleep with a baby. Our driver couldn’t even stop at the hotel entrance because of traffic rules. Service was good, but overall not worth the price. You can get a much better 5-star experience elsewhere for the same amount. Won’t stay again.

Let's start with the pros. The location is unbeatable, being the closest hotel to the Strait of Bosphorus Bridge, bar none.
As for the cons, there aren't really any real cons, as we were traveling with children. The location can be a bit too noisy. Downstairs are a multitude of restaurants and bars, with blaring DJs. Last night, one bar was still partying until 3:00 AM. If you don't like a bustling atmosphere, be wary.
The hotel is small, with no public areas or facilities. It's about five kilometers from the main tourist attraction, including Hagia Sophia. You can take a ferry, which is more convenient than ground transportation.
Istanbul traffic is incredibly chaotic. Traffic jams start at 4:00 PM, and the drivers are downright ruthless.
Check the meter and buy a bus pass. If you get a price quote, just get off the bus and refuse to ride.

Some of the staff at reception are really terrible.
I made a reservation through Agoda and paid for a suite with a balcony view. But when I arrived, the receptionist told me there was no such booking number. I tried to explain to him for nearly an hour, but he kept refusing to help and told me to book directly with them instead, claiming that I’d been scammed! How could I be scammed when I booked through Agoda? In the end, I called Agoda myself and after a long wait, the Agoda representative spoke to them directly and confirmed that my booking was valid and paid for, and that they’d sent them the confirmation email and payment details. This receptionist was clearly trying to scam me.

The hotel's renovation was very well thought out. When choosing it, it is necessary to remember that you are going to the center of events, which you are a part of day and night. The staff was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be happy to return.

The hotel is a bit old, but it’s well maintained, and I would stay there again.
Unfortunately, the hairdryer’s wire was damaged (cut), and the internet only worked when I was in the lobby — it wouldn’t connect in the room.
