Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Ortakoy Bosphorus

My wife and I stayed four nights in the hotel. We were very pleased by the room (spacious /comfortable /clean) and the service ( very friendly and quick). Our room had street view (well that’s what we had booked), but during breakfast we could enjoy the stunning view from the rooftop over the Bosporus and at the bridge. The neighborhood around the hotel offers many dining options , cafes etc. Some of them next to the Bosporus with equally exciting views. It takes 20-40 minutes to get to the main sights (taxis and frequent public transport options). We enjoyed being away from the super touristic places but others may mind the commute.
We found the rooftop bar slightly overpriced — it offers stunning night views though.

Staff is very warm and welcoming. Breakfast is also quite good, with decent selections.

The stay was beautiful. I stayed in the hotel for five days. The hotel staff are very friendly and their dealings with me were really professional. My room overlooked the street and it was clean and everything you need was in the room, even the smallest details. I thank them all, especially the employee Gorkem. He was very helpful and I will have another stay next year, God willing.

My stay at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul – Ortakoy Bosphorus was nothing short of exceptional. What truly elevated my experience, however, was the exceptional hospitality at the reception. A heartfelt thank you to Gökhan, who warmly welcomed me and generously offered a complimentary room upgrade. His professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness set the tone for a truly memorable stay.

Throughout the hotel, staff were courteous, proactive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable and valued. The service is seamless, sincere, and delivered with a smile.

In summary: A superb hotel in a prime location, offering excellent amenities and world-class service. Gökhan and the entire team made my stay feel personal and special – I’ll definitely return, and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

A Wonderful Stay at Crowne Plaza Ortaköy

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Ortaköy and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Ortaköy, offering beautiful views and easy access to all the vibrant charm of the area.

The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. From check-in to check-out, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

A special thank you to Uğurcan and Serra, whose warm hospitality and attentive service truly stood out. They were both exceptionally helpful, friendly, and made me feel right at home. Their efforts made a real difference and elevated the entire experience.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul — whether for business or leisure. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

When we arrived they assigned us with very standard room.  After arguing with them they changed it with a room facing the street which was completely different from our reservation that way facing the sea

Nice location, nice and new Hotel . Restaurants are very good, breakfast was amazing.
The cafeteria downstairs is extremely delicious. 

This hotel is super modern and practical, right next to the Bosphorus bridge. It’s in a great location, but it can be a bit tricky to get around because there’s no train or tram nearby. The best way to get to and from the hotel is by taking the boat to pier at Ortakoy station.

The hotel is in a historic area, but it’s still super modern, fresh, and clean. The rooms are super modern with smart lighting and all the latest amenities, like TVs with all the modern features.

The rooms are a bit small, but they’re still practical and very clean.

The best part about the hotel is the view of the Bosphorus. It’s a bit hard to get a good picture of it from inside the room because it’s just at the edge of the window.

There’s a rooftop dining area where you can have breakfast, and there’s also a restaurant that you can only get into by making a reservation.

The staff is amazing! They’re super polite, friendly, and attentive. They’ll do everything they can to make sure you have a great stay.
