Very good hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cozy and clean. The food is very tasty. If necessary, I will come back here again.

Excellent hotel! Stayed for the second time and did not regret it! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, only English is difficult. The breakfast is good and the restaurant in general is good! I recommend!

WOULD NOT recommend this Hotel AT ALL!
The whole hotel stinks like cigarettes, no one speaks barely english, and the staff is rude and disrespectful! Not professional AT ALL!
The room stank like a old hospital, and was very dirty... the food at the breakfast buffet is GROSS. I got diarrhea from it.
BTW: An Employee from the Reception, i guess he was the portier or concierge, changed my money and STOLE 100 Turkish Lira.
I don't know how this Hotel got 4 stars. It's barely one star for me.

Pros: Gorgeous view of Marmara sea and islands. Close to everywhere i.e. metro, metrobus, bus stop, Kadikoy, Uskudar, boats to cross Bosporus. Cleaning service is great and timely. Hotel staff at the reception is polite and very helpful. Big gym with good equipment and flexible working out hours. Rich breakfast. Great location and reasonable prices.
Cons: Restaurant staff needs working on their smiles and attitudes. It's not always easy to find a taxi. Hotel sometimes can be filled with athletes and be noisy or patients from a nearby aesthetic hospital and can be not so pleasing to the eye.

amazing stay, the concierge and women at front desk went the extra mile constantly for us. Amazing service every single time ! Even the food was amazing! You’d think it’s 5 star.

This is a good choice if you are doing business at the Asian side of Istanbul. Good value and reasonable service. Though it looks isolated, all daily needs are within a walking distance. Uskudar is 10 minutes away by taxi or bus, from there you can be anywhere in Istanbul using ferry boats or metro.

Good quiet location but poor hotel management. Sound insulation is a problem in here besides lack of maintenance for sure.

I am on my second trip to Istanbul and I must say that the volley hotel is great. They treat you kindly and want to make sure that you enjoy your stay with them. The door man goes above and beyond. I mentioned to him that my adapter wasn't the correct one for turkey and he went to a store and bought one for me. So this trip I brought him a few treats. I do recommend bringing some of your own snacks in your luggage. Because of covid the room.service closes early. I brought teabags and Ramen.
