Looked at reviews before we booked a couple of bad ones but I would not take any notice. The Hotel was brilliant, Rooms cleaned every day fresh towels. Fresh water bottles every day cleaners were lovely

All the staff were fabulous and so friendly keeping so many peaple happy. It was our first time in Turkey Marmaris was stunning. I would recommend Turkey to everyone

It is very convenient to go upstairs and downstairs. The swimming pool is very big. There are performances to watch in the evening. After dinner in the evening, you can go for a walk

The hotel looks lovely on the outside. Big supermarket over the road You could catch a bus ( dolmus) just outside the hotel. entrance Lots of shops and restaurants nearby

Fantastic experience at the Green Nature Diamond Hotel! The food was excellent and the service was second to none. Plenty of beds around the pools, there were two to choose from

The food is a high standard but it does get tiresome. Its the samething most days from breakfast-dinner. Need to bring themed nights and no doner kebabs. Which we were looking forward to the most so we ate out one night

The manager is very happy and gets involved in every guest. Only one day he shouted at a towel boy because a guest had a glass drink around pool. Talk to your staff with respect the guest is in the wrong not him

The female is nice but for me she doesnt dress adequate for a staff member if you have to keep pulling dresses down etc your not dressed correctly. The entertainment on a night has some good nights and ok ones

The hotel need to control this better as people dont come out till 11-12 before they start using them. Booking system would be better with a timing system. If a person isnt on the bed for over 2 hours

We did receive a fruit basket and a bottle of red so was nice. The hotel is very modern and immaculate all the time. The staff are brilliant and great at their job. All pleasant and willing to help

Just came back from a Turkey and had a wonderful time in the Grand Yazici Club Turban Thermal. Excellent facilities, lovely food and kind staff. A big shout out goes to Musa in the dining room - a real gentleman

First time staying , spent 3 days with large family, lovely hotel, people, grounds, large and beautiful rooms, sea view balcony, large grounds with activities and space to breathe, amazing food, drinks, service, entertainment

The food was great, my husband is a fussy eater and there was always something for him. Great range of drinks local and premium, the grand bar was a favourite, chilled atmosphere and the drinks were great

We stayed in the hotel early May with my parents, husband and 2 children and had the most wonderful time! The staff couldn’t do enough for us and went above and beyond, from the gardeners who chatted to our children to the waiters, guest relations staff and chef’s - they were so kind to our kids and made our stay so memorable! Great hotel complex, everything you need for a perfect family holiday. Amazing location, beautiful views. Food, entertainment and pools are to very high standard

We had a fantastic stay at the Marmaris Palace. Loved the food, and the variety of options across the day. We felt very safe and it was great to know there was a doctor located in the hotel

There are organised activities across each day, but also the option to craft, paint, draw and play within the lovely air conditioned building

But if you do want extra you get a holiday advisor to help and give you deals

We also loved the entertainment - the team worked so hard to put on yoga, volleyball and other activities across the day

No hot water first thing for a shower in the morning - reminds me of being in Greece in the 1980's! Food in the restaurant is very limited, repetitive and very "Turkish" for every meal

The gym, however, was a disappointment, I like to workout, but I didn't go there for that, but it was very much a token gym so they could have a tick in the box. People's home gyms are better equipped

The personnel is very kind and prompt even if sometimes doesn't understand the English language. The 5 stars hotel is a Turkish valuation, unfortunately not in line with the European standards

The rooms where kept spotless and there is plenty of staff keeping the place tidy always willing to help. The location is near a strip of lively bars and many mini markets what are not over priced

The staff Is great , from the entertainers to the kitchen. Food got great selection and it's tasty! Everyone very polite and nice. Location is great, close to the shops and night life if you wish to change scenery

Food is gorgeous and the hotel reps are just the best, they go above and beyond to make it a fun atmosphere, especially for the kids! The rooms are basic but all work fine and are spotless which is all you can really ask for at this sort of price range

This is a fabulous hotel overall. I agree with previous posts about certain families being very rowdy etc, but it doesn't really affect you, you just have to ignore it

Rooms were fairly clean you had your towels changed on regularly,but lack of basic stuff for instance if you forget tooth brush or tooth paste,shampoo -basic complementary products

I reported this to the cleaner and reception staff but they did not accept liability and was faced with a very rude woman with an attitude problem who was the line manager, advising that it was our problem even though they were locked away in our room

Not long got back from a week stay at The Poseidon Hotel in Marmaris. Overall it was a decent stay but there are a few things to point out and be wary of if you choose to stay in this hotel

The main issue we had with this hotel is that I had left my belongings in a bag in my room and when I went to my room after the cleaners had done their job, they were no longer there

Just like most other all inclusive hotels in Marmaris. Location is close to shops, beach, chemists and restraunts. The hotel is large and has many rooms, but they work hard looking after it

The experience was really nice at the hotel. Its very spacious with three pools and a lot of greenery. The entertainment team was amazing with a lot of energy and fun interactive activities

They are the best entertainment i have seen and would recommend. The entertainment makes up for the outdated rooms and there is a very large selection of food, which is also very good

And what a great introduction this was: Marmaris is an incredible place with so much on offer, but what made the best moments was actually spending our time in such a good hotel with the beat possible location and all the facilities is got to offer, including a private pontoon and beech right by the hotel

Our stay at Elegance was truly wonderful — relaxing, comfortable, and full of warm hospitality. The hotel is elegant, spotless, and perfectly located right by the sea

It was my first visit at Casa De Maris Hotel and I was absolutely delighted with the service, standards and the hotel itself. I booked the holiday as my birthday trip and I didn't get disappointed at all

Some traditional Turkish dishes, some European options, all presented exceptionally well and modern. Flavours were spot on, ingredients fresh, not heavily salted which means the ingredients stood out

Great! The wine list is extensive and they serve wines by the glass in appropriate glasses. Our host Kerem took the time to check our experience was going well

If you don't manage to grab a bed there are plenty of seating areas in the sun and shade, and a shaded area with bean bags etc. Drinks wise, despite what you may be told by a travel agent, there is one bar

There are multiple points to grab a coffee. But realistically the pool bar functions as the main one. The bar staff here are great and cocktails are included in the all inclusive

As I mentioned there are lots of bars open to get your entertainment fix if the hotel offering doesn't do it for you. Food wise is probably the weakest part of this hotel

I have suggested that the hotel remove towels from unused beds. The same can be said with the beach. in both cases get down early (before 9am) to secure a decent spot

This is something we complained about because (and this isn't the hotels fault) people are inconsiderate. People put towels on beds and disappear for most of the day

The hotel itself has a nice pool, but be warned there is no shallow end. Be warned you need to get down early if you want to secure a sun bed

I came here first time with my sister and my nephew. Hotel is really good and it’s family hotel

Me and my sister enjoyed the evening entertainment shows and my nephew he had a great time in day time at kids club and at the evening with mini disco dances on the stage

Pasa beach has been very welcoming and a lovely place to stay for me and my partner, the entertainment team have been so friendly and very good at what they do! They all work really hard to get everyone involved in the fun days here

Had a really good experience the first time I came I had to come a month later, the staff are really nice and the entertainment team are very friendly and always get you involved in the activities

Pasa beach is by far the best hotel in Marmaris. Really clean rooms and excellent food. The staff really look after you. What sets this hotel out from the rest though is the entertainment team

Pool sun loungers are for the early risers as there are only around x25 but people did tend to reserve early and stay there all day whether they were there or not but, there was plenty of sun loungers on the beach so all was good and the sea was lovely and clean

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The best part of this hotel is its location, which is right by the beach! Waking up to the stunning view and having the beach just a few steps away was truly amazing

The Entertainment manager however got a little annoying and made several inappropriate comments to guests during our stay (thankfully not to us or our friends) but, as an adults only hotel

Security: there didn't appear to be anyone from the hotel managing the beach area for non-residents / people selling stuff i. This wasn't a major issue but makes you feel safer

is that acceptable? I feel that is for people as individuals to decide. Having said that, he obviously tried his best with the acts he bought on board being good

Entertainment provided was really good I thought with a wide range of acts from a contortionist to acrobats to singers, it was good

Just home from 10 days at this wonderful hotel we booked last minute so was a bit dubious when they said we could get room with a sea view but we were not disappointed the view was amazing as was the room, bit on the small side but was big enough for what we needed it for sleeping n getting ready to go out air conditioned godsend rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels put in Staff were lovely...

Went early July and it was the best hotel you will not be disappointed, you must have a turkish bath at their sister hotel Sunrise hotel is most welcoming even in the early hours. It won't be your last time visiting

The beach is excellent, located on two tiers and all in greenery. On the beach there are toilets, showers, changing rooms

The hotel is good, well-thought-out location and beach. But of course it is already outdated, everything needs to be updated both in the rooms and in other parts

Entertainment on site does not let you get bored: there are water slides, exercises in the morning, water aerobics in the afternoon, archery, darts, tennis, a tennis court and a football field, as well as many entertainments for children

Only one thing was a bit frustrating, which is the sports' fields. The soccer field was very very far, it's outside the resort ever further than the highway

The hotel is meeting all expectations. The Service is excellent and all personel are very firendly and responsive.

I cannot fault the staff, location and service in this hotel. The only negative thing i can say its the selection of drinks or the lack of selection, most of the premium drinks were chargable

I highly recommend this Hotel for the sea front and private beach, overall a great location as not in the middle of a noisy centre town

The food was amazing, yes the lunch offering was repetitive however there was always something for everyone so no issue there

I rested in this hotel and I want to recommend it to you, since it is very cozy for a family vacation, we really liked it) and I also recommend doing a family photo shoot, or in such a chic dress the photo will be worse, there are photographers on the territory who do a cool photo shoot, so I am very satisfied with the photo shoot and the vacation in general, I recommend

The staff are working so hard day and night to cater for guests, lots of entertainment going on if you wanted to get involved. Food was always good, however between 7pm and 8pm it felt alittle frantic

Ice cream, waffles, pancakes are all included in the all inclusive, not just in resort but on the beach too. The area is beautiful and nicely set back from the town centre but its only a short walk for change of scenery

Whilst we could here the music from Icon beach bar late at night (and our room was fairly close by) it didnt affect any of our sleep. including our 1, 7 and 11 year olds. Would love to go again and highly recommend!
