Jazira and Buse are loved Amazing place, loved every moment. Only negative was a lady who I presumed was the manager of the spa, seemed rather arrogant and her attitude put us off booking in the spa

Beautiful hotel,very clean and staff are amazing. Love the QR system around the pool and beach to order your drinks and food. The cocktails are lovely and all served in beautiful glasses

Apart from that we absolutely loved our stay, the staff , the service , all incredible ❤️ Would love to come back next year

the entry into the water is very smooth, up to 1 m deep and at a distance of 15 m from the beach, perfect for children PERFECT. the water was very hot, I didn't get such hot water even in Greece in August

There is no restaurant with a menu, only catering. Really enrages that you can smoke everywhere, there are no special designated places. Cigarette butts and ashtrays all around

This place is out of this world. Fantastic location right on the beach, expansive grounds with well thought-out layout. Buildings are a maximum of two stories high. Great restaurants, lovely bars, shows and live music

We have just spent 10 amazing days here. We came here 2 years ago and as soon as we left, we knew we were going to book again as it was the perfect holiday. The staff are amazing and are always dedicated to help

The Paloma Orenda was pure sunshine! The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The food was fantastic, with buffets and al la carte restaurants catering to every craving

The restaurants were all lovely and the food delicious (yes at times repetitive but what all inclusive isn’t) The pool and beach areas were immaculate and we really loved the swim up bar

The animation team are brilliant! They are amazing at what they do. We will 100% come back as we know we will always have the bets holiday

We are here for the second time this year and we love every minute of our break in this hotel! The animation team is so nice and helpful and we are all having a lot of fun with them! Games all day if you like, great shows, mini Disco and Entertainment in the evening! The DJ is very good! We haven‘t had one boring minute! Everywhere is clean! We will be back next year:)

everything was clean and the hotel inside was very classy. Beach is great, but that's missing was the pier. So again if we vacation, we will choose this hotel

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The cuisine is very rich and varied. Everything in the hotel is very conveniently located. The hotel has many places for a pleasant stay at any time

The location of the hotel is convenient for going to the Manavgat mall for a bit of shopping and is also not far from old town Side, which is nice for spending a lazy afternoon

Guys this is the bomb, clean, beautiful, the staff flies around like crazy, don't have time to drink beer is already full of Bakal is, the very best recreational areas would highly recommend terrace on the right from the reception, complete relaxation, Ali the bartender at the main bar makes the best cocktails

The food is what we had expected from this establishment,excellent. The service in these numerous restaurant areas was 1st Class. Ordered drinks brought to your table was quick, the staff very are polite and cheerful

Mr Wing & Mr Jaques (rooms 1205/1206) August 1st 2023. This hotel is beautiful,the buildings and grounds are spotless. Everything is tidy,swimming pools ( several ) are well supplied with sun loungers

Several bars with the quality manufacturers drinks. Beach bar, restaurant and private section of beach are very close to the hotel. They have themed beach parties at night,truly brilliant

However, there were a couple of drawbacks: there was most often no staff at the N-joy Bar between 8-10 AM, and we frequently received instant coffee instead of freshly ground coffee

Great hotel, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The highlight was the spa. The service and turkish bath was absolutely amazing, would highely recommend to anyone visiting.

Guests are mainly Russians and German. There is small Migros about 10min walk from hotel. To Side old town is 10min by buss/1Euro. Bus runs very often and bus stop is just outside of the hotel

This is a decent hotel where we enjoyed our stay with our extended family. We liked the food and staff and enjoyed our vacation. The staff did everything to make our vacation great

Old building but well maintained/renovated. Free soft drinks at mini bar in the room. We are bit bored at buffet restaurant. Taste is very good and lot of fresh fruits and sallad

WiFi works very well, everywhere even at the beach. Very nice garden with full of flowers and pine trees. Beach is half sand and half small stones. Not so deep and there are many rocks in the sea

FOOD - sometimes not enough plates and prihodilos to wait 5 minutes while they bring in, the distribution of meat dishes accumulate long lines and Russian tourists, which by the way the hotel about 80%, expressed their "outrage" to put it mildly, a variety of dishes almost nebylo, poor quality products (semi-finished burgers - I saw myself as packages pour) in General hungry, then no one is left, but...

Nice hotel for family and kids. Animation program is well done. Daytime activities and in the evening also shows for young and adults. Food was allot of option espacially during diner

Staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant. The hotel is located right by the seaside however it far away from shops, malls restaurants etc. Once your at the hotel you need a taxi to get anywhere

We stayed there at the end of April-Easter break. One outdoor swimming pool was heated, aquapark was open. Food was nice, maybe little bit monotonic. Hotel was clean, room cleaned daily, every day fresh towels

There was a huge variety of different food every day and it was all delicious. I was especially pleased that there was so much fresh fruit and salad. We found everywhere to be clean

It's a beautiful location, next to the sea. The room is perfect (family room). We got 2 bedroom, 1 small livingroom and 1 bathroom. The food is good and elaborate. There's food available all day long.

Huge hotel with several different bars, pools and restaurants. Food is good quality and plenty of choice. Is quite hilly, lots of lifts but we didn't mind the steps

If you had to take the lifts due to limited mobility it might get a bit annoying in high season. Don't bother with the on site spa

Paloma Oceana was one of the best hotels we’ve booked and enjoyed in Turkey Side. The hotel, service and location was top. The food is the best food we have ever had in 7 years of turkey 🇹🇷 holidays

We have really enjoyed our stay in Paloma Oceana. The beach is very nice, comparing the others. You will see it during the walking around. Rooms are clean, and the cleaning service is adequate

The food is tasty, from my point of view, more international. Staff is polite, and service in the restaurant is quite fast taken into account the occupancy of the hotel

There are several cats that live on the hotel premises, which the staff looks after and they even have a cat house built for them. I personally find this charming and really cute, but it might not be anyone's cup of tea

The resort is certainly 5 star with a very relaxed ambience, large pool, sea front and a perfect sandy beach with evening entertainment on a nightly basis. NO hesitation in recommending the Hotel

There was different events every night at the back of the hotel overlooking the beautiful lake where pirate ships would pass often, although the smell of the lake near was really bad it smelt like chickens which wasn’t very pleasant

The drinks and cocktails were very good, there were 5 bars total in the hotel and none of them disappointed. There was a Starbucks and the workers there weren’t exactly nice but they served you well

The hotel is superb, we got more than we expected. The beach is really nice but the entrance in the sea is a bit deep so for non swimmers is a bit of a problem but there is the pool for that

The pool was amazing warm and fairly shallow to be honest but overall nice, there wasn’t much slides but they were nice and fast, the lifeguards always made sure u were safe and weren’t in anyone’s way, the rules at the slides really made you feel safe

The beach was absolutely beautiful but it would be easily to drown in it. The water goes really deep 4 steps in and the waves are 2 meters tall, it was fun and peaceful though

Stayed there in the second half of July 2024. It was an extremely pleasant place, the staff is so nice and helpful - they have found my lost camera❤️ for which I will be forever grateful

The food in the bars and restaurants was extremely good and what I would say is the best about it is that there's a huge variety of different dishes, so everyone can find something suitable for themselves

There's a lot of animations, I especially liked the ones in the evening. It's also a pretty cool place for people who like to party, cause they even have a night disco near the beach almost everyday

Stayed here for 11 nights and literally from beginning to end no complaints at all about the hotel itself and staff. We landed quite late and straightaway we were offered a light meal which was a nice touch

The resort is a great choice for families with children of all ages. We were three adults and two children (3&5). We spent 9 days, and had a very relaxing vacation

The staff are friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of lifeguards by the pools. Definitely worth visiting again! The sea is a 10-minute walk away, but there’s also a shuttle service

You can still find some good alcohol only in the lobby bar, but unfortunately, not at the beach bar where we are all day. The second would be housekeeping, which always makes the room very late (3-4 PM)

There was a shuttle service to the beach, it’s only a 2 minute ride on the golf buggy or it’s an easy 6 or 7 minute walk. Food served on the beach was also excellent. Nice soft sand, shallow warm waters to paddle in

Angelika for guest relations was most helpful, with advice on information and bookings and was always ready to help us. The restaurant staff were helpful and polite and there was a good variety of food on offer

If you swim with a mask or glasses can be considered the underwater world. The beach has a bar, drinks, food, there is prepared a delicious Turkish flatbread. The hotel 85-90 % Germans, the rest of the guests are Russian

WOW! The best hotel i ever have been to great for kids and adults. Everyday there are performances, like a magic show, Fakír show, Bubble party 🎉, Red night DISCO. There are 4 big pools, 2 Slides, private beach 🏖️

Immediate alarm bells when the door opened outwards and we then opened the doors to a small patio overlooking a large bush! Bathroom was tiny with nowhere to put anything and no shower screen or curtain, it was then we realised we had a wheelchair access room

The same also in the Wellness area. We will be back and hope to visit even more vacationers to this beautiful facility and the secure Turkey

The Hotel is really good, individual houses with several rooms. The water Park is recommended for Big and Small only, great palm huts and a lot of Green with plenty of shade available

The garden to the beach is very well done. There are so many food stations that you do not decide where to start. The extra Restaurants are not absolutely necessary

Lunch can be had in the main restaurant or the pool bar. Water is available from the pool bar and indoor bar 24/7. The pool is lovely and the slides are fun. Don't panic about putting towels on beds, there isn't an issue

The staff tried their best with communication during pandemic and the hotel was very beautiful. At night it was awesome to walk around the hotel. The pool was clean and the Amphitheater was awesome

Just back from a wonderful 7 nights all inclusive. We had 3 rooms because of our grown up children being with us. We were on the top floor of block 1

The only challenge we had was limited access to sunbeds by the hotel's pool side which I believe are not enough to cater for all the guests. This meant we ended up spending more time at the beach for a swim

The rooms were clean and tidy, there is air-con, room safe, Tv, kettle and a mini bar. Food each day was amazing, so much choice! In the morning there is a lady just outside cooking omelettes to order
