The Staff was very welcoming and kind. They put their efforts for your comfort! The room was very clean and comfortable, I definitely enjoyed my stay there. Breakfast has many options for all types of cuzine.
Specially early in the mornings beach is almost empty and water is calm.

Wow! Where do I start with this review? From start to finish the entrance staff, reception staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff made me feel so special and important.

Every time I left the hotel and came back I was greeted with someone opening doors for me and my girlfriend, welcomed us and asked how was our day was etc.

Nathaniel was always so welcoming and attentive, he truly went above and beyond.

The housekeeping staff on floor 5 were perfect, always making up the room and ensuring we had everything we needed.

The buffets were incredible. We had the most amazing buffets throughout our stay for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was fresh and a good balance of healthy and indulgent.

The pool area was amazing with the private beach, pool and sunbeds. There were always sunbeds available and the staff at Ripples (pool bar) were friendly and quick.

Throughout our stay we both felt truly valued and cared for and the whole team went above and beyond.

We cannot recommend this place enough & would 100% recommend people to visit Dubai & The Retreat, as well as return ourselves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the second time we have booked a wellness retreat here, and we will definitely be coming back. Rooms and beds are comfortable, staff are so kind and helpful, treatments are wonderful and just the whole vibe here is great. Special shout out to Chona, our wellness manager who was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, and was always easy to communicate with during our stays. Our second stay was for my husbands’ birthday, and she really made him feel special. Thank you so much Chona. Also I have to mention Kranti, who has such a peaceful nature and runs the most relaxing meditation and yoga sessions. My husband did a PT session with Mohammed, which he really enjoyed and also his water aerobics classes are super fun. Thank you to the team for our wonderful stay 💐

A special thank you to Mr.Nasser from reservation department, who was extremely helpful even before we confirm our booking. He patiently answered our questions about the hotel and clarified everything about the amenities and the services and after confirming our booking he went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a front-facing view with the stunning sea and Atlantis right in front of us 🌅. He also surprised us by making sure they preparing the room beautifully for my sister birthday with rose petals and thoughtful touches that made the stay unforgettable.

Also, thank you to Saad at the reception, explained everything in detail, making sure we knew how to enjoy all the hotel’s amenities. His professionalism and warm approach really made our stay smooth and enjoyable.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the real highlight was the exceptional staff, our stay was far better than expected truly amazing. Highly recommend this hotel, it was our first time and we will definitely come back!

From the moment I stepped out of my car, I was treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond — truly over the top service at every turn. I was delighted to receive a room upgrade, and the space was massive and beautifully designed!

Even though I was traveling solo, I could see how perfect this hotel would be for families — the facilities are incredible and cater to everyone. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options.

Wow what an amazing experience from beginning to end! We booked the Family Reboot package to celebrate my husband’s and daughter’s birthdays, and we have absolutely no regrets. It was unforgettable.

We left feeling more connected, relaxed, and truly cared for. The staff went above and beyond—special thanks to Anirban, the manager, who was exceptionally professional and ensured our stay was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. He even arranged a lovely gift for our daughter, which meant a lot to us.

Marilyn from the Kids Club was another standout—so gentle and playful with our daughter. She made her feel completely comfortable and happy. The yoga instructor was fantastic as well, helping us unwind and truly enjoy the experience.

This place is incredibly affordable, extremely comfortable, and truly luxurious. The entire hotel smells amazing, and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding—they make fresh juices right in front of you! The staff was amazing and super attentive. Free parking is a big plus. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the lounge is a great spot to grab snacks or relax. It's the perfect place to enjoy a luxury experience without breaking the bank. We’re already planning to go again next year for sure!
