I am writing this review on my last day here and I am so sad to leave!! Honestly, this experience has been amazing, I came on vacation with my family and there is not one bad thing I can say about this place. The staff are amazing and kind. The spa experience is wonderful! All resources are just overall amazing.
I would just like to say a huge thank you to all staff for everything that they do that make this place amazing but a few names to mention would be; Gerald who was very helpful and who always has smile on his face, Lavina and Timothy at the front desk who were extra kind and attentive and the lovely lady at the front cafe whose name I have forgotten but was always giving us ice😉

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. The name speaks for itself, Retreat. You can have yourself a retreat. The amenities are good and fun. The staff are very approachable and friendly. Special mention to Lavina and Shiela from the reception, who helped me surprise my wife for her birthday. Thank you for the setup and the cake. I really appreciate it. The foods are delicious and well presented. We had a wonderful stay. One night is not enough. We’ll be back and will stay for more days.

I started using this facility in 2020 and they have remained consistent in their service. Today I received exceptional service from Maya who did my 90 min massage. One of the best 90 min balinese massages I have ever had in this facility. Definitely worth it. Angel was very helpful and courteous as well.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, setting a warm tone for our visit. Mr. Timothy went above and beyond to ensure our check-in process was seamless and that we were allocated a room that exceeded our expectations.

The room itself was remarkably spacious and impeccably clean. The expansive balcony offered breathtaking views of the Palm Jumeirah and Atlantis Hotel, enhancing our stay with a picturesque backdrop. The swimming pool area was equally impressive, featuring attentive lifeguards and a well-maintained environment. Additionally, the hotel’s private beach access was a wonderful bonus, providing a perfect spot to relax by the sea.

Room service was available around the clock, and we were consistently impressed by the speed and efficiency with which our requests were handled. Overall, this hotel provided an outstanding experience, combining excellent amenities with exceptional service.

Truly 10/10 on everything. Fabulous resort with friendly staff, amazing views of the palm Jumeirah. Loved every single minute spent here. Rooms, pool & beach were luxurious. Open check in got welcome drink and lovely arrival gifts. We were upgraded to suite which was so surprising so personalized service which made my anniversary special and wife was so happy. The decorations for anniversary was beautiful and the cake was so good! I really want to thank the team you guys should be proud of what you are doing and the service you provide is outstanding.

I recently stayed at Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service. A special thanks to Ahmed at reception for his warm welcome and assistance. The room had stunning views, and I highly recommend choosing a partial or sea view to avoid the construction views. The beach was clean and perfect for kids, with fish and crabs adding a delightful touch. The kids' swimming pool area was well-separated from the adult area, ensuring a great experience for families. My only suggestion is to expand the adult swimming pool by utilizing the space in front of it for better guest accommodation. Overall, a fantastic stay with a dedicated team. Highly recommend!

We stumbled upon the Retreat on Google Maps. The reviews were good and the price was what brought us there. With the price, we were not expecting such luxury. This is definitely very family friendly, no loud music by the pool, perfect atmosphere, and the food is very good (food is overpriced though but we would order Careem often instead). The staff is absolutely 5/5. Especially Anita. Anita is the heart of the resort. She remembers my coffee order exactly every morning, always greeting us with a smile. Anita has made this hotel feel like home to us. Being treated with such kindness and warmth is exactly the reason we extended our stay at The Retreat Palm Dubai. We were only expecting to stay a few days but we are so pleased with the resort, the pool, the beach and of course the staff that we decided to extend our stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking for a calm, healthy lifestyle inspired vacation.

We loved the hotel and the service. Pool and beach are clean and very relaxing. Kids club is well equipped of different variety of toys and my daughter likes to stay there. Thanks to Michelle and Jeanette for the amazing service, will surely return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Property and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Mr. Rijul Ali was incredibly helpful and ensured that our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is absolutely fantastic, providing easy access to all the key attractions and amenities. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. We had a lovely time here as a family. The staff are so lovely and helpful. The location is beautiful - a retreat from the madness - as the name suggests. The facilities are great - heated pool is incredible, covered kids’ pool is handy and the beach is just beside the pool so not too much walking. You can also access the gym, sauna and jacuzzi which is a nice touch. Guests are a mix of nationalities. We went half board and only discovered on check in that we could only use it in one restaurant - the buffet - but the chefs change up the menu daily so you don’t get too bored eating there. There is a healthy spin to most food and drink - it is a dry hotel so no alcohol is served. There is another Turkish restaurant on site however we preferred the food at the buffet. It wasn’t difficult to get taxis. There’s a shuttle to the mall which is great and leaves at a variety of times. There isn’t any entertainment in the evenings other than a guitarist at dinner. This is outside of the hotel control but unfortunately there are building works ongoing in front of the hotel which are very loud and start early in the morning. Thankfully you can’t hear this from the pool or beach so best to get a room that overlooks the sea or you’ll hear the works. As mentioned above there are quite a few things that aren’t really explained upon booking which can make you feel a bit misled when you arrive, which is why we don’t rate this as a five star hotel but a four star. Keep up the great work
