As my experienced in this hotel, its amazing and good rooms fully furnished, well cleaned and co-operative staff. As service under their responsibility they did neatfull. Thanks a lot to the whole management. I prefer to come and stay in your hotel. I hope I will get cooperation from you again and again.

All good except WiFi connectivity issue in my room since 2 weeks which is still unattended and unresolved after nearly reporting it multiple times everyday. Even this review is being posted using my Etisalat mobile internet.

The best hotel apartment for the family. If you are looking for safe and clean place for you and your family this is the one. No bars restaurant or Alcohol just family residence. Staff is amazing very courteous and cooperative. This place is like second home for me. Strongly recommend Akas inn. All thanks to Mr.Ashique (Manager) leadership and team efforts.

Very big room but with following comments: 1. Many flies and not sure where it from 2. AC is extremely noisy 3. Overall cleanliness is not really good

The room size and location are good, but it's a little old, and you can't dry clothes. The toilet shower room leaks a lot, but there are no other problems. It's only about 7 or 8 minutes to the Emirates Mall and the subway station, which is very convenient. There are a lot of fresh food supermarkets opposite, and I cook for myself every day

Amazing customer service from Mr Afaq, Ahmad and Sehab. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is very good, short walk to Mall of the Emirates.

Icon is at a great location near Mall of Emirates. Walking distance. Cabs are right outside the hotel making it very convenient. The staff are warm and always eager to assist. We enjoyed our stay there!

Amazing building, newly built and the interior is even more cool then the exterior. Although its beautiful from outside. Very calm and great neighborhood. People living here are mostly families or daily job person. All the apartments are beautifully designed and you will feel so peaceful. The overall stay was great. The location is good, as it is close to the metro station as well as restaurants and shops. It's not in the fancy areas but still very nice. Nice hotel Apartment with spacious studio and 1-2 Bedroom, no in-house Restaurant. Parking available and staff is very friendly. If going for a studio, ask for 4 series as it is most spacious one

This is really great , it helps in taking an alternative route so that we don't get stuck in traffic and get delayed for the purposes we move out

I personally haven't stayed here but visited someone who was. The rooms are good sized. alot or roaches in the kitchen. They do long term rentals as well. They have a small restaurant on the first floor and also have a spa.

Stayed here when first came to UAE. Great rooms, good service. Tasty breakfast was served. they charged Dhs. 200 per night, but it was a Executive Room. For normal room the charges would be around 120-150 Dhs.

A cozy place worths for the money you paid. No need to expect a five star experience but still with clean rooms and kind staff, it can be an option to stay in Dubai. By the way, it is walking distance to the metro statuon, so no worries for transportation.

Good hotel apartment at convenient location. Building have parking for residents, for visitors paid parking available outside, but hard to find a convenient one. Rooms and facilities are good.

The staff was very helpful and friendly however I give it 3/5 stars because the sheets were dirty when asked to be changed the new ones were still not satisfactory. I purchased and used my own sheets and pillows during my stay. Also the floor I was on was a non smoking floor but it was obvious that people were smoking on that floor. You cannot make Wi-Fi calls and sometimes the Wi-Fi would not work...

Really I enjoyed in five night, all facilities you needed in any department it's available and all services are very nearby the hotel like supermarket a lot of restaurant salon etc..

The property is well located, is clean.. the breakfast was great... the room itself had some design flaws such as lack of satisfactory ventilation inside rooms.

Excellent apartments. Within walking distance from Burj Khalifa with a view of it (there is a good view from the pool for those who do not have a balcony). There is a grocery store nearby - you can buy food and cook. There is a kitchen - a stove, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, baking tray, saucepan, frying pan, forks, spoons, plates, spatulas - in general, everything...

The hotel is clean, great and has fantastic views of the Burj Khalifa.

The hotel has a good location and the rooms are big enough, but the rest of the facilities are relatively ordinary. There are very few breakfast options. If you are on a business trip, you can choose it, but if you are traveling with a family, it feels like something is missing.

There is still a little gap between the serviced apartment and the hotel, the location is good. The breakfast is average.

Apartment style hotel with enough space for the whole family! As a person that likes to handle things myself it was a perfect fit with everything included. Great wifi if you plan to stay in and great area if u plan to see the city. 5 stars!
