Rooms were ok. Cleanliness also average. Hotel is economical and located at an excellent place. The metro station of Burjuman is connected with both red and green lines.

Decent apartments. There are few low-range and mid-range restaurants nearby. BurJuman metro station is a minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel's location is near the subway station, but the area is primarily populated by people of Indian, Pakistani, and Black descent. I wouldn't recommend it for families or solo female travelers.

There's a subway station two minutes' walk away. The area is predominantly Black and Indian residents, and the moment you step into the room, you can smell curry.

Not in the best condition Large rooms and comfy bed. Be aware that there is a lot of construction so don't expect a nice view. Room had damp and mould damage and the team said they'll fix it after I leave and instead just sprayed the room. No upgrade offered. Breakfast was only ok but they overcharged and promised to refund the difference which still hasn't happened. Definitely not a 5 star hotel...

I had a very happy and comfortable stay of 4 nights during my family outing. The place is very well connected to Union metro Station, which is just across the road. One mall which is 24x7 is also at a walking distance. The staff at reception is helpful and supportive. You can get pure vegetarian food at walking distance. Hence in my opinion, it is a lovely place for a family trip to Dubai.

The staff are very accommodating and very good sever in the restaurant in the masaya Cafe at ground floor of the hotel.Rosel is very attentive and dedicated at her work and very multi task on her duty. You can only stay at a reasonable price if you make a reservation from the application. Apart from that, unfortunately the reception hotel price is very high, and it is not available during fair times.

The overall experience was very good. The room was spacious and well equipped. I had two main issues; they have only 2 elevators and one of them was out of order so I had to take the stairs almost every time I wanted to go down (going up while staying in the 4th floor was difficult so had to wait for the elevator). The second thing is that they don't provide green tea in the room (only black tea)....
