The rooms are not soundproof — you hear absolutely everything from the neighbours, even when someone sneezes. No pet amenities were provided, and the way my pet was handled was unacceptable. When the fire alarm went off while I was drying my hair in the room, three staff members — all men — entered, left the door wide open! Are you sure you are pet-friendly hotel?

Being told not to dry my hair in the bathroom when there isn’t even a plug there was simply absurd. It makes you wonder if the staff even know their own rooms.

As a repeat guest, having my request for a REASONABLE late check-out refused was the final disappointment, especially after previously taking an extra night and leaving almost a day earlier without any gesture of goodwill.

The only positive part of the stay was the kind gentleman at the café.

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked this hotel in good faith, but due to an unexpected change in plans, I had to cancel well in advance. Despite reaching out multiple times, the hotel refused to offer any kind of refund or even a partial credit. The booking was marked as “non-refundable,” but I expected at least some flexibility or understanding given the circumstances.

I am currently staying at this hotel, and I honestly can’t wait to check out. The experience has been extremely disappointing.

I booked three rooms, but this will definitely be the last time I stay here. The hotel did not meet my expectations at all.

Everything has been bad — from the lack of proper room service (for example, they provide shampoo but no conditioner!) to missing essentials like a hairdryer.

The staff at the reception and restaurant are unprofessional and not helpful. They don’t communicate clearly or treat guests with respect.

I will be writing a review on Google and sharing my experience with my friends and followers, because people deserve to know the truth before booking.

I came from outside the UAE expecting a relaxing stay, but instead, I’ve had a terrible experience.

This is truly the last time I ever stay at this hotel.
