I had a wonderful 5-day stay at Hotel Ramee Dream in Downtown Dubai. The hotel truly lives up to its name — luxurious, comfortable, and vibrant. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the ambiance lively, and the location perfect for exploring the city. What made my stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality from the staff, especially Stithy, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our stay at Ramee Hotel was truly enjoyable. The location is excellent, offering both comfort and convenience. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional, especially Ms. Manshi, who stood out for her exceptional hospitality and professionalism. She handled our check-in smoothly, was always attentive to our needs, and made sure our stay was comfortable throughout. Her pleasant attitude and genuine care made a lasting impression on us.

Troy Lounge & Club was incredible! My friend couldn’t stop raving about the show it was full of energy, stunning visuals, and amazing performances. They also said the food was exceptional, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. It sounded like the perfect night out with great vibes, top-notch entertainment, and a stylish atmosphere. Definitely on my list to try next!

I’m honestly shocked by the level of hygiene at this hotel. Shortly after checking into our room, we discovered a used condom under the bed – something absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. I immediately called the front desk, and a cleaner was sent to the room. Since we were getting ready to go out, I kindly asked him to return in about an hour to handle it.
To my disbelief, we came back later and the condom was still there, untouched. This is not just poor service – it’s a complete disregard for basic cleanliness and guest comfort. It left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and disgusted for the rest of our stay.
I expected much more from a hotel of this standard. This experience completely ruined the impression we had and I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to the housekeeping and management oversight.
