I am writing to express my disappointment with the valet service at your establishment. Despite the excellence of the restaurant, where I had a delightful dinner, the valet experience significantly marred the evening.

Upon requesting our car, we were subjected to a frustrating half-hour wait. During this time, the staff appeared disorganized, merely passing responsibilities among themselves rather than addressing our request efficiently. It was evident that many guests attending events were also dissatisfied, their evenings similarly disrupted by the chaotic service.

While the culinary experience was exceptional, the poor valet service overshadowed it, ultimately ruining our night. I hope this feedback prompts a review and improvement of your valet operations to ensure a more seamless experience for future patrons.

This hotel is atrocious. I am a resident from the building across the road and the traffic and honking in or around this hotel (which has several nightclubs) is enough to keep the entire country awake. Residents cannot get rest or enjoy a single night of sleep between 12am and 4am. If you’re planning to stay there and think you’re going to get a good night’s sleep. Think again. Atrocious. Stay away like your life depends on it.
