The hotel and the staff have been great so far. Every detail matters and this hotel knows just that. The Anantara Downtown’s staff has been exceptional. Specifically, Shiva provided us with great housekeeping and was extremely kind to us. Highly recommend.
Jeffrey was so thoughtful helped with all our bags , putting our bags in the room and in car at checkout! So helpful and such a nice guy loved his energy and help, he went above and beyond for us to make us feel home. He helped us at every opportunity he had !

We recently enjoyed an amazing stay at Anantara, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unparalleled. The staff greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.

Stayed here a year ago for a business conference.
Room was luxuriously spacious, immaculately clean, and service was prompt.
In-room dining offers a good selection, but if you can afford the time, I recommend you to visit the Japanese restaurant at ground level of the hotel. The food is so good.
It was an extremely delightful experience to stay with them and I look forward to my next stay with them.

Our stay at Anantara downtown was exceptional and the customer service was 1000/100. The staff were super friendly, professional and just very helpful/kind. The breakfast spread was nice and the pool area was very good and super clean!

Had a very pleasant stay. Outstanding customer service with a commitment to make our stay comfortable. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. Breakfast at 9 seven 1 was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Impeccable cleanliness and maintenance. Room with the city view was spotless and the facilities were well maintained.

We stayed at the hotel 5 nights and had a great experience!upon arrival we were greeted with traditional tea and dessert!
The rooms are very big and the bathroom is amazing!
The view at the pool is very beautiful!

The service was very good, I can only recommend it. I had Susantha as a room cleaner. He catered to all my wishes and was very clean. I will go back to this hotel The location is good but not perfect for the price but it's true.

This place is one of my absolute favourite hotels. The level of service is beyond excellent. Food is amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed my business lunches here. Love all the staff and people, everyone is always so helpful, kind and caring. Thank you for welcoming me back and look forward to coming again!

Big room with comfortable bed. You will hardly miss anything. Really close to 5 stars.
Service is amazing. Every day I found something special after returning to my room in the evening and special requests were covered on the fly. Great breakfast especially the "egg specials" from the menu.
Don't like the concept of lobby in the 3rd floor. I understand that space is an issue here, but I am used to visit the lobby directly from the street.

Service at this hotel is impeccable. The staff is wonderful throughout; attentive, accommodating, polite and friendly across all areas. The rooms are extremely comfortable and amenities are top notch. The breakfast room staff is exceptional and Nicholas in the pool area is wonderful - warm, very attentive and lovely to talk to. Thanks to all for a beautiful stay at this hotel! We look forward to returning here in the future.
