Excellent service with friendly and accommodating staff who are always eager to assist, answer questions, and offer suggestions. Raoul and Jeffrey have been outstanding, making the team fantastic overall.
The room is very spacious, featuring stunning views, a huge bed, and pleasant decor. The bathrooms are impressive with a large walk-in shower and a spacious bathtub. Lovely treats left on the table to welcome us were a nice surprise.
Breakfast is delicious and varied, offering plenty of choices to suit any taste.
Finally, the hotel smells wonderful with a custom scent created specifically for Anantara. An overall great experience!

Everything during our stay at anantara has been great! The service has been good and the people at the concierge has been friendly. Especially staff for baggage were very friendly. Only point to note is that for pedestrian access upon first arrival should be rethought as there was no proper access for guests arriving via public transport or walking as you need a card to access the building - hope this can be improved

Everyone was so attentive to anything we needed including Rahul in reception. The hotel is so clean and smells amazing everywhere you go. The food at all of the restaurants was delicious with great variety. We hit the pool every day. Valet was fast. Taxi service was quick as well. I would 100% stay here again.

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. The room was well equip with water boiler and coffee machine and a very nice view . My stay was very enjoyable. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done and to me, many will like it. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, fast and obliging. My only regret was that i could not stay longer. I highly recommend Anantara downtown hotel!

The hotel and the staff have been great so far. Every detail matters and this hotel knows just that. The Anantara Downtown’s staff has been exceptional. Specifically, Shiva provided us with great housekeeping and was extremely kind to us. Highly recommend.
Jeffrey was so thoughtful helped with all our bags , putting our bags in the room and in car at checkout! So helpful and such a nice guy loved his energy and help, he went above and beyond for us to make us feel home. He helped us at every opportunity he had !
