The stay was comfortable, rooms were clean and spacious.
Location is also excellent if you want to be near downtown. You can always catch a cab outside of the hotel.

We had an exceptional stay at the Taj Hotel. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed. I particularly appreciated the large closet, which added a nice touch of convenience. The view of the Burj Khalifa from our room was absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend this 5-star hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious experience in Dubai. A special thank you to Mbali and Khaled for their exceptional service and hospitality.

This was my second stay at the Taj Dubai and I loved it yet again. Having visited many hotels in Dubai this has become a personal favorite and I'll certainly return here. The breakfast is by far the best with a massive spread, which includes catering for vegan. Staff that stood out for me were Flora from level 3 breakfast, and Mausam (gentleman with glasses) and Sheryl from Level 4 breakfast. The gentleman that cleaned our room (3104- 17 Dec to 20Dec), did an excellent job. The service was great even though the hotel was so busy. A highly recommended hotel for sure!

Fantastic Hotel in a wonderful location. I was there for 3 days with my family. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Breakfast buffet was one the best we had with lots of choice. Will definitely come back again.

I’ve just called the hotel (booking service)
Today, Friday 30/08/2024 at 6:33PM (I’m giving all the detail so the managers can check as the calls are registered)
I asked for a booking from 6 to 8 September for 4 ladies for a birthday of one of them and I want to use the entertainer.
The guy asked me to wait then he told me that there is no availability and I have to send an email. I asked more I formation why I have to send an email as he can check on the sport on the system if there is any availability or no then he told me “ok don’t send the email by” …
These is not professional at all and no one can accept that it’s just disrespectful
And by the way I’m sure that there is availability and I can give you the proof as I’ll try to book other way

I had an excellent stay in 2024 at a premium room in the hotel. The most notable feature i appreciated was the breakfast, which had a broad selection of Eastern and Western styles. I would give 4.5 for service because in the Club Level dining area the staff were very pleasant but not readily available. I found myself getting up and looking for someone to serve me the three times I visited. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Taj Dubai hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The rooms were luxurious and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. However, I must mention that the menu prices at the hotel's restaurants were quite expensive. Despite this, the overall experience at the Taj Dubai was outstanding and I highly recommend it for a luxurious stay in the city.

What an amazing experience...
The respectful manners and great service that I received were incredible.
Room, location, everything was great. I stayed for a week and every day I was feeling like I'm home as all personal were treating nicely.
Breakfast and the venue is amazing as well.
Overall, I absolutely recommend this Hotel.

Overall such a great hotel
It's very welcoming very unique.
At first we had to wait 1.5 hours for us to get checked in and that was a lot of time.
They welcomed us with traditional Indian way gave us souvenirs and juice.
The rooms were nice the bed was comfortable and it was overall good experience
However the check out time was also very long.
I would have rated it 10/10 if it wasn't the wait in the lobby
