A Fantastic Stay at Hilton Habtoor City Dubai

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Hilton Habtoor City Dubai. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a truly luxurious experience. The food throughout the hotel is of the highest quality, with a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy every taste.

What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and professional, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. A special mention must go to the hotel’s Manager, Altamash, who runs the hotel with great expertise and attention to detail. His leadership ensures that everything runs smoothly, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about providing guests with an outstanding experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will undoubtedly return in the future. Highly recommended!

My stay at the hotel was very disappointing compared to my previous experiences with Hilton hotels. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences due to the weak current management and the inefficiency of the hotel staff. I sent an email to the management, but the response was negative.

I don’t think I would consider repeating this experience. Overall, the Hilton Honors program, especially the Diamond membership, is a clear false promise. None of its benefits were applied during my stay. Be cautious, as this was my experience during my recent visit. I was treated as if I were just a regular guest.

Loved my Stay at Hilton Dubai. Hospitality was amazing. Food options were very good and everything tasted Delicious. If ever i am travelling to Dubai. It is gotta be with Hilton.. Thank you Team Dubai for Amazing Experience.. :D

It is my favourite hotel in the entire city. Staff are professional, very courtious and they always walk extra miles. Breakfast buffet is rich and yummy. Rooms very clean and well appointed. I recommend this gem of a hotel and I always tell family and friends to choose it in Dubai. All the best

Thoroughly enjoyed my 8-night stay at this hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Services, bars, restaurants, gym, pools, wellness facilities are all great.

There can be traffic build up at the entrance due to drop offs. Breakfast place is very busy especially on weekends.

Plenty of regular taxis available outside of hotel at regular rates. Hotel taxis’ rates are double compared to a regular taxi.

Overall, a wonderful stay and would come back again.

A wrote a review about my experience at the breakfast buffet yesterday. However when I entered the buffet this morning, everything had a sudden change. I am so impressed by how quickly they took note of my complaint and rectified their problem. As of now, the overall service is definitely up to the standard Hilton promises to provide.

This is a top top notch hotel in Dubai Downtown. Everything here is luxury. Excellent food for the buffet breakfast. Rooms are mega spacious. Got excellent views across the canal and the Burj.

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City, and this was not my first visit—I’ve stayed there more than 10 times. The hotel offers excellent facilities, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions and the city center. I also enjoyed the variety of dining options available on-site. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Near to the center of Dubai, this tall hotel offers a luxury experience. With night pooling and large food options you can enjoy yourself outside of your room. This hotel is attached to 2 more hotels so ground floor can be a bit of labyrinth. The staff were nice and friendly, but we had sometimes a bit of a communication issue. The room was huge and comfortable, this was the first place where our minibar was not filled at our Dubai trip. It gives a bit of an old school vibe, but I recommend it to anyone who is interested in the hearth of Dubai and doesn’t want to travel a lot.

I stayed at this hotel with my sister for 6 nights since April 16. The staff's treatment with the guests, breakfast, and cleanliness were all excellent. Yes, there is no access to public transportation, the first metro station near the hotel was about 20 minutes walk and we had to use a taxi to get around.
