Very clean hotel.gardens are very well kept. The location is excellent. It is also very child friendly which is great for families. There is an excellent Cypriot cafe with great sea views. The Italian restaurant has some great food. We have been many times for long weekends and plan to return soon.

I stay at this beautiful hotel (best view in Cyprus) every year. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Our stay was not compromised in any way because of covid. Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional. We have been here quite a lot of times. It's our favourite as my daughter used to call it "our sunshine family " staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast has so much choice. Depending on what you'd like. They have increased there adult area sunbathing/pool area. They have Mamas and Koi restaurants which are well worth visiting. X

Fantastic location with exceptional staff. Hotel is immaculate and the food was great. Plenty of lovely places to walk to and are close by. Lovely scenery with a view of the sea that you wake up to every morning. If you are looking for nightlife? Protaris is just up the road

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady. Who not only made delicious omelettes but was one of the loveliest people I've met. Also the lovely room maid who did a great job of keeping our room clean.

Hotel ok. End of season specialty restaurants cloed down on Wednesday. Only one bar area open very noisy. Reception staff ok except for one person who was not very helpful. A wonderful hotel, we upgraded to a sea view and it was so worth it, view was amazing. Rooms were nice and spacious, bit disappointing to only have a bottle of water in the mini fridge and it was not topped up at all the whole trip. A fantastic beachfront getaway! The location on Fig Tree Bay is perfect, the rooms are modern and clean, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff were lovely and so helpful. I'd give this hotel and holiday a 10 out of 10. Absolutely immaculate rooms. The clean shower was an absolute treat, both waterfall and power shower in the en suite. The balcony was perfect any time of day and night. All of the service staff and managers were warm and welcoming. we had a wonderful holiday at the Crystal Springs Beach Hotel with all the family 16 of us altogether including a six week old baby .The staff were a credit to the hotel all were friendly and very helpful we would highly recommend this hotel as a holiday destination,with a very nice beach within a few minutes walk. the food was excellent with a good selection.

Overall, a very nice family-friendly hotel. "Water Park" is a bit of a stretch, they have (from what I saw) 3 water slides of no great size, but we weren't there for that anyway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, speaking adequate-to-very-good English; there were a smattering of other nationalities but everything was signposted (etc) in Greek and English.

Amazing staff, the best service I have received in a hotel, every request was dealt with immediately, with a smile on the face. Really, the service experience here was the best I've had in my entire life. The rooms are large and air-conditioned. Highly recommend their Greek restaurant, a particularly delicious experience.

We had a lovely holiday however not 4 star and absolutely not worth the cost. Nothing wrong with 3 star hotels which is all i would rate this but for price disappointing as agreed with many guests we met on holiday. Need major improvements to gain ULTRA4 star in our opinion

Just left the resort after a 7 night stay. Absolutely loved every minute of our holiday. The accommodation was very clean with great air con. It was well equipped, and when we arrived in the early hours there was a fully stocked fridge with sandwiches and drinks.
