Four Points by Sheraton

Family and I ended up checking in late at night after our flight got cancelled.
Staff are so helpful and accommodation
We stayed for 2 nights. location was perfect, a few restaurant just across the hotel. there's even 24 hours pharmacy close by.

I was here this weekend in June celebrating my birthday and I must say I will always choose Four Points Punta cana for my stay needs. The staff was super helpful I believe his name was Joel he was one of the best host ever!!! Super helpful and even assisted my birthday twin with finding a repair site to have his broken phone fixed. it not only saved the experience for our celebration but resolved an emergency situation because who wants to be in a Foreign country with no phone! The hotel provides a FREE shuttle to and from the airport, to the Playa, and even to one of the excursion options. I wish I would have known a lot of these things prior but hey your welcome in advance. The bar here is amazing I had amazing bartenders and even being provided a roll way bed in addition to the room was a plus! I love this hotel! give them all raises!

Rooms use key card to activate lights and AC. So if you leave room for long period of time and don’t leave extra key in the accessory switch your room will be warm and humid on return. Other than that all else was great

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Punta Cana was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. The only area for improvement would be ensuring that shuttle buses depart on time, rather than earlier than scheduled. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience.
One big highlight was the complimentary breakfast, which was exceptional and came free for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum members (usually priced at $18 per person). Additionally, the availability of free shuttles to the airport, beach (just 5 minutes away), and Blue Mall was incredibly convenient.
Also, the location in Punta Cana village provided access to plenty of restaurants, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay. Overall, we had an excellent time and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

This is an alright hotel, I recommend the buffet breakfast which was amazing. Only complaint was the small beds in the room. We got 2 queens and there was no way those were queen size beds. Rooms were not that great looking either, I think they need to remodel a bit. Otherwise location is amazing, and very safe area with amazing restaurants just steps away. Overall I would stay here again for a short time.

We stopped here for an over overnight stay before heading to our resort. Can I say, or was Fabolous! It's literally 2 minutes from the airport. We called for free shuttle service and the driver was very nice. The hotel was clean with a full service restaurant, dining inside or out. The servers were excellent. There are a lot of lounging areas by the pool as well. We enjoyed lunch with lots of drinks the first day. For breakfast we enjoyed the buffet with more drinks before we checked out. Would definitely return if needed too.

Very close to the airport. The rooms are comfortable. People are kind. I was missing an American adapter-extension for the charger, and they provided it to me without any problems. I really appreciate things like this.

This is a stop over for people going or coming from the resorts. There is a small strip mall of restaurants across the street. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The guys working the bar are fun. The breakfast is also very nice. My husband thinks it's a bit expensive for what it is but it served us very well for what we needed. If we were to come back again, I would stay here for sure.

Fantastic location! You just have to cross the road for a variety of restaurants at the Punta Cana village. If you walk towards the left, there is a beautiful Starbucks next to a huge supermarket. If you cross the road there, there is a mall! We didn’t even have the need to visit the downtown!

The staff are very sweet which makes the place of stay all the more good. It would’ve been good if they can leave a few extra disposable coffee cups and more than one regular coffee sachet 😄 don’t understand why only one regular sachet one decaf per room even if two people stay. Very clean too!
Just few mins from the airport. We took a cab from the airport for $10 as it was late in the night.
The gym and pool were super clean too. We didn’t book it with food as we are vegans so can’t comment much on that it.

They also had some vegan snacks that I am very grateful for! Would be lovely if they also add vegan coffee creamers!
