My family and I came here for 5 days. It was a great experience from day one. They served us as soon as we walked in the door. Jose at the water park bar was very attentive without hesitation with any request we had. It was a kid's birthday and Maria made it famous for the many birthday shout outs that are recommended for both kids and adults. And now Uncle Luis at the Jazmin Bar!!! He is it! The service he provided was amazing. Very attentive. I loved that he was from New York so my conversations with him made me feel right at home.

The location, weather, and the staff are wonderful. However, there are issues that the giant corporate company could fix. The resort is in need of repair and maintenance - there are leaks, missing or detached decorations, and many water features at the water park that do not work. The staff are amazing and work hard, but they seem to need some help.
As for the food, it's a resort so it's not going to be top-notch, but it shouldn't be bad either. There have been sandwiches with bones in them, missing appetizers, and recycled food that wasn't warm. This leaves a lot to be desired. Ironically, the buffet was the best option overall. The restaurants need some tender loving care (TLC).
Overall, if you can get a deal on this vacation, I'd say come. Otherwise, I don't think full price is worth it until they do some serious repairs. Nickelodeon Corp, come give this resort some TLC.

On my last night of a wonderful stay. The property is very clean and we were able to experience all of the amenities during our visit. One of our favorite experiences was the Snick Lounge - Kelvin was our bartender every evening! He was always friendly, engaging, and creative with his cocktails. Thanks for enhancing our experience!

Really nice resort for families!!! If you visit come see Kelvin at Snick Lounge! He makes amazing drinks and puts in the effort to get to know you and make your experience the best!! Great conversation and really nice guy!!! Pretty much all the service members I crossed were great but Kelvin really stuck out!!!!

I have been in Punta Cana couple of times and was expecting from this resort a better service!
Food and drinks were inconsistent. Some days great, the next would be poor.
Calling the front desk to request something is like being heard by nobody.

We just celebrated my cousin and niece birthday who are 6 and 10 and we have to say the installations of the hotel are great and the location is beautiful but the food and the service was awful.
1. You expect to have an amazing service for the price you are paying for every night. But the service had a lot to ask for. The people were not helpful, we even had to take our plates of the table because they wouldn’t clean. They didn’t had orange juice, sodas or anything. The overall quality of the food was at least a 1.5/10. Very weird coming from a Nickelodeon chain.
2. The kids activities are not included, be aware that you are going to pay at least 20% more. So no it’s not all inclusive as they promote it.
3. The slime is not slime it’s just water with green tint. Our kids were expecting something entertaining not even a party or anything similar, just a little splash.
4. They are not enough workers for the capacity and volume of people. We were at the pool and waited for someone to come and asks us what we wanted. They even said we had to go somewhere else to see all the cocktails list. When we asked, so we had to go out of the pool to see and order.

Leonardo is amazing he was so hospitable and helped us with what ever we need. He definitely made our experience one to remember. Anthony at concierge also provided exemplary service he set us up with all our reservations and a dinner with a Ninja Turtle for my son’s birthday. A few things in the room needed to be serviced and maintained better but the hospitality made up for all of this. Love the workers I will be back!!

I recently stayed here with family and friends for vacation. We really enjoyed ourselves! The atmosphere is relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a bit of a language barrier, so try to brush up on your Spanish. The food is tasty. The landscaping is attractive. The star of the resort, though, is the water park. Amazing! It's fun and vibrant with something for everyone!

Really good experience. The customer service is simply amazing, it feels like every staff member simply love that you are there. My only complaint is that the full experience with the characters is a little overprice in my opinion.

Leonardo was amazing he helped get us a seat in the shade for the kids he took a a family picture of us and made us feel welcomed! He made our vacation that much better! Anthony invited us for the tour of the grounds and included some discounts for us he was also fantastic and really made my children feel special and exclusive. These two men definitely made the difference on our vacation and I am appreciative of them and their time!
