The staff is absolutely wonderful – friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect. Henry was one of our favorites! Also Felix is a very friendly bartender! The hotel itself is clean, with nice décor that makes you feel like you’re in a truly special place. The staff also was extremely welcoming to my 8 year old son.
Entertainment here is top-notch! We enjoyed a variety of shows, from a mesmerizing magic show to a fantastic saxophone performance, and even an incredible Michael Jackson tribute. In the evenings, there’s always music and dancing for all ages, which creates such a fun and lively atmosphere. Every night there is entertainment.
There is also a water park with slides and a crazy lazy river. The water park is clean and has the most attentive lifeguards.
The pool is huge with wonderfully warm water, perfect for relaxing or having fun with the family. Every meal, every experience, and every moment here has been unforgettable.
The beach was unusable due to seaweed but that was not the hotels fault.
Wyndham Alltra has truly over-exceeded our expectations! Make the most of what they offer and you will not be disappointed.
The dining experience was also underwhelming. We visited most of the restaurants, except for the Italian one, and found the food to be nothing special. As a foodie, I'm being honest when I say that the quality wasn't impressive. To make matters worse, I got food poisoning one night. When my husband requested room service, he was informed that there would be a $10 charge, which seemed inconsistent with the all-inclusive package. While I understand the importance of tipping, additional fees for room service seem unnecessary.
The staff's friendliness was also lacking. Given my experience with numerous vacations and all-inclusive resorts, I have a basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this resort fell short, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.
The beach was not usable due to the seaweed.. the whole coast was afflicted but the pool made up for it. We really loved this resort and will be coming back to paradise!
Do not purchase the club it is a waste of money no benefits other then orange towels same food as the buffet. No umbrellas or tables on the beach. No Bali beds/cabanas anywhere. Do not book beach romantic dinner save your money and eat at a restaurant it is the same set up and service. Not romantic at all! No pool entertainment besides water exercise during the day!
Rooms are very basic. If you book a tub on balcony you are open for the entire resort too see you.
Grounds and pool are amazing that is all. Service is basic, and food is basic!
