Jaz Casa Del Mar Beach

My recent stay at Jaz Casa Hotel was beyond expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the bright and welcoming decor, with every detail showcasing a sense of luxury and thoughtful design. The rooms were even more stunning, with soft, comfortable bedding, a full range of smart devices, and stunning city views. Every night, I slept soundly, surrounded by the tranquility of the night.

The hotel service was top-notch, with the staff being warm and attentive. From the quick and efficient check-in process to the thoughtful welcome fruit, it was truly heartwarming. The breakfast selection was extensive, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, and the flavors rivaled those of a star-rated restaurant.

The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient, within walking distance of nearby shopping districts and attractions, making travel incredibly easy.

The resorts in this article of Red Sea are all pretty good.
This one has great service. All three meals are included in the price, so you don't need to leave the hotel.
Most importantly, the meals are very suitable for Chinese people's tastes.
There are also many swimming pools. You can also play water sports directly on the beach. Convenient.

There are many luxury hotels in Hurghada, Egypt. In order to choose the most satisfactory hotel. I did a lot of homework before coming, but there are actually very few reviews. And no matter which one, there are comments saying that the staff treats whites and Asians differently and discriminates against 🇨🇳 people. This actually makes me quite worried. After all, being away from home still affects my mood.
But when I came to this hotel, everything amazed me. The whole hotel is very large and the room is very new. There are only two East Asian faces in the two days. It is also a niche. The three meals are all-inclusive in the form of buffet, with a super variety of fresh and exquisite, and the taste is also very good. The bar provides free drinks, and the service is also very thoughtful. The manager also asked us how to attract Chinese guests and gave us a private room on the beach for free. In the evening, there will be a bar performing local special programs, and people from various countries will dance together in the interactive session. Freedom is embodied at this moment. These two days are just like the experience of the White Lotus Resort. It is definitely not a trust. Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar Beach is really worth it!

We stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room.
Positives:
- The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport. 
- The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing.
- The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations.

Negatives:
- The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow.
- The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained.
- The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level.
- Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible
- There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in.

Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

Everything about the hotel is very comfortable: the scenery, food, service, there is no unpleasantness at all. But I haven't compared it with other hotels, so I don't know if they are of the same level in all aspects.

this hotel was beyond my expectations .we are extremely satisfied.the staff is very kind,helpful.their service is just great.almost all of foods were delicious.they also keep hotel very clean.we enjoyed our vacation and strongly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).

All the staff were brilliant in the restaurant especially Kerollos.
Mustafa in the lobby bar and the rest of the bar staff worked very hard.
The pool bar had top class service with Mina and the team.
