Hotel Servigroup Orange

I was Full Board for a week and the food was always varied and fresh. Fish, meat, pastas, salad, potatoes, chips and a whole range of other great foods always warm and well prepared. The chef would also do live cooking at all meals.
The fruits were amazing, and there were 2 flavours of ice cream + a mixed flavour which was made to perfection.
The hotel was spotlessly clean. There were always sun loungers available, regardless of what time you went to the pool.
Thank you to everyone around the hotel, specially in the restaurant. They were all hard working with a lovely attitude. I’ll definitely return to this hotel. It was a great experience and i cannot fault it. Even the shower in the room was 5 Star.

Lovely hotel . Great location and nice room and facilities. However Not happy that no water of soft drink included in the full board for lunch and dinner. Not even allowed to take own water in !! Apart from that a great experience

If you are planning to visit the night clubs on a regular basis then the location is ideal however it's not a quiet location if you want a decent night's sleep. Night clubs are extremely close and play loud music till 6am before the guests who have hit the town return normally shouting and making a noise.

The hotel is clean and well kept. Pool area is nice. The big bar with entertainment has been "Booked for a private event" the past 2 nights despite no sign of life in it.

Restaurant is large and has a wide choice of items for breakfast. Unfortunately I didn't go at other times.

There's free WiFi all over the hotel including the pool area.

My only gripe and one to be careful with is that if. You are booking a double room for sole occupancy then they will give you the smallest rooms in the hotel at the back with no balcony or terrace. I complained to management about it as my booking with Jet 2 clearly said double room for sole occupancy but they wouldn't budge. I then complained to the Jet 2 rep who said there was nothing she could do so in the end I raised a complaint and paid the extra 54€ for the room I was meant to have with a balcony facing the pool.

Location to the beach is only a 5 min walk.

Overall, a nice hotel but not for me. Too loud to get a decent night's sleep due to the club's and drunken stag and hen do's coming back.

Great food and service in the restaurant. Reception staff very helpful with allocating us a courtesy room to get freshed up before our flight. Second time at this hotel lovely friendly staff see ya soon

We had a brilliant stay with you and this one was for our honeymoon - the only downside to this whole experience was the stag and hens (particularly the stags) they were rowdy and very intimidating around the pool. We feel that although the hotel would do everything to ensure a peaceful stay. it would be much more enjoyable if the number of groups were limited.

Your hotel, overall, is excellent. Can we make one special comment on the superb customer service skills of your Resident Customer Service Lady, Dawn? She is without doubt the most efficient, courteous and helpful person we have come across. Dawn was invaluable during our stay with you and was a source of great assistance and reassurance. Check in a bit long.Asking everybody to provide emails sign tablet etc. Room - no complaints. Shower best ever for pressure of water - superb. Cleanliness of hotel excellent. Dawn in guest services is a credit to Servigroup - helped with printing out UK Locator forms and always friendly

Absolutely perfect holiday . The Orange Hotel was faultless in every aspect. The location the facilities the service the staff all excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We've been coming to Benidorm for over 30 years & The Orange Hotel is the best we've stayed in.
Spotlessly clean & well maintained , Well done to all the hardworking staff. Dawn on the desk was so very helpful & under pressure with all the documents .

Three star hotel in a middle of most lively part of Benidorm. A bit dated but very well maintained building and pool area (cleaning robot in the swimming pool almost every night). Excellent customer service (would like to mention Jesus) on desks and in rooms. In restaurant area could be more chilled and approachable.
Guests are mostly people 50+ and some stag parties. Rooms are quite small and balconies same. Food is good quality with plenty of choices.
Location, dated doors that bangs on closing and type of guests makes this stay very busy and noisy place.
Overall it could be recommended for people who wants to be close to the night life.

We had a lovely time & while very quiet most people were genuinely delighted to get on holiday!!! The food was fantastic & the best I've had on holiday!!! The maid service everyday was super & bonus of fridge & safe ... both free an additional bonus.

The only slight constructive criticism is there was no general information n the room with hotel information. Considering the hotel only reopened a couple of days prior to our arrival the staff ran everything brilliantly!!!

I hope to return soon to Orange or one of your other complexes in Benidorm.
