Loved this hotel! They have staff everywhere and always willing to help. Everyone was kind and very accommodating. It was warm and very humid when we got to Madrid and thankfully, the AC worked well in our room! We always stay where the AC in the room is easily changeable and not in lock mode by the hotel. We also had lunch twice on the main floor and the food was great! The lobby is spacious and it makes it easy to escape the loud, bustling city. Be mindful that the hotel has a lot of construction going on at the moment, right outside. I believe they are building a metro line station there. We were lucky to be on the top floor and didn't hear much of the noise, however, but not sure that would have been the case if we stayed on a lower floor. The lobby has a cool cafe bar, restaurant and bar. The hotel is literally a block away from Retiro Park which we loved and enjoyed a walk every morning. The Atocha station train is also across the street, convenient if you arrive or leave by train!

1.Room is much smaller than photo. 2.Dust is everywhere around. 3.Very very big construction site is right outside hotel. NOISY &DIRTY. 4.Looks like close to station but actually u need to walk long till you reach the hotel because of the big construction site. Not good to lugguage. NOT convenient. 5. Breakfast not taste good. 6. Staff are not friendly and not helpful. 7. Elevator avilable but you do not need a key card to use it while downstairs is a bar & restaurant. Outsider can use elevator to go up anytime. NOT SAFE. 8. Expansive, not worth your money. 9. Choose another one rather than suffered and typing comment.

Just finished a quick stay here for some easy rest after our long flight to Madrid before we board our train to Seville the next day.
I really only chose to stay here for the convince of being across from Atocha, but I was completely surprised how much we enjoyed our stay here.
The staff were so nice and helpful! from the front desk, to the restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond for us to make our short stay extra special.
The room we had was perfect for short stays, with a really comfortable bed for sleeping. The views from the 7th floor patio at the restaurant were amazing!
Highly recommend staying here, I know we'll be back and stay for much longer.

Quirky but really lovely hotel. Amazingly well stocked room with even a hair straightener as well as a hairdryer - we will definitely come back to this hotel. Staff were fabulous , room was excellent.

We had an exceptional stay at Only You Hotel in Atocha, Madrid. Our son fell ill, and the reception staff, especially Alvaro, went above and beyond to help us, arranging a doctor and a taxi to the hospital. Their kindness and support were invaluable during a stressful time. We also appreciated the complimentary late checkout, which was incredibly helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and hospitality. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Woah! I had the best time ever here! Booked this place for a great price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I like this hotel and I'm so happy I stayed at my favorite hotel much cheaper than what I generally spend.
Very friendly staff and excellent location. Libby is always busy and they have a very nice bar with great bartenders doing amazing drinks

Is super sad that during my vacation I have to write a bad review but here we go! I was having breakfast in the restaurant of this hotel where I was staying, I informed the waitress who from the beginning was rude and impolite, unfriendly that I was going to get my luggage and I’ll be back. Then the other waiter in a category of these hotel chased me around to push me to pay the bill when I informed I will go to my room get my luggage to check out soon and my laptop. Short history as soon I came out of the elevator she came to chase me AGAIN and made me feel embarrassed and as a delinquent! I did not pay a high price fee in a well rated hotel for these embarrassingly situation that I was victim of, lastly I paid on cash and I said please don’t remove my table and coffee I’ll be back, 3 minutes later my table was cleaned and she removed my coffee and water. Three times in a row! She ruined my last 3 hours in Madrid and I had to spent my time that I had left to go to a museum making sure to leave a complaint. Please note I did not take nothing as a compensation as manager offered because there is no explanation and compensation to be treated this way in a hotel of this category three times in a row! Please please make yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! This was unacceptable and traumatic!

The room was cozy and very comfy, and the lobby was gorgeous. We didn't have any noise in our room despite overlooking a busy street. The staff was very attentive and friendly--they upgraded us when they heard it was our honeymoon and even made coffee for us for us while we waited on our cab at 4a.m. The breakfast goes late on weekends (love that!) and was very tasty, with nice views from the outdoor terrace.

This hotel became more than a place to stay; it felt like home. Upon my third trip to Madrid I was warmly greeted (by name) by a staff who took such care to remember all the special touches. The hotel is stylish and charming.very clean and very safe. So conveniently located, such a beautiful area to walk and explore. I will stay here every trip to Madrid and I hope to make it a regular part my travels. Thank you, Only You! 💕❤️

An amazing boutique hotel, perfectly communicated and with a lovely design. The room was well decorated and squeaky clean (though the first room assigned had some cleaning issues, the amazing staff effectively solved the situation by assigning me a balcony room, this time, more than clean). Rituals bathroom amenities are always a plus, and the super comfy bed will make you wanna stay there all day long. Even though it's not nearby the airport, I stayed there during a long layover between flights, as the hotel offers a great quality sleep, an incredible breakfast (please take an opportunity to try the eggs benedict), and at just 15min from the airport by train. The staff is always smiling and willing to help, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Hope to come back soon!
