We relocated to this hotel because of M issue with the original one. We didn't have full money at the time because we were waiting on a refund. The manager was very understanding of our situation and we came to a mutual arrangement which lifted a lot of stress from us. It's very central to everything the bar and pools are very good. Awesome place. Prices are below average. But the quality is brilliant. Actually should have been rated with more than 3 stars. 7-10 minutes to a public beach. High-speed internet (80/60 megabits) is available in the rooms and the whole hotel territory.

Thank you to the fantastic staff at Porto Village Hotel from the cleaning, bar, breakfast, reception staff. The pools, gym and bar is nice and the location to the old towns or to the harbour is good. Some rooms are dated and authentic Greek but they are due to continue renovations.

This hotel has been a really good experience. The best hotel I have been to in a long time. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The food is extremely delicious, and there is a barbecue on some days. The hygiene is 10/10 and there is nothing to put a finger on. Me and my boyfriend will visit this hotel again at any time. Wonderful apartment with perfect sea view! The place itself looks very beautiful. Photos cannot describe it all. Great services and the staffs are very friendly. One thing is that the place is located uphill, but if you have a car or motorbike then it won't be a problem. Supermarket is about 20 minutes walk.

It was so cute. We had a two bedroom and small kitchen, right by the pool and a bar. On Friday night's they have a BBQ with music and Dancing, very authentic. Great breakfast. If you need a taxi from the ferry ask George and they can arrange a taxi to pick you up. You feel like a star. Beautiful place.

We recently stayed at Creta Blue for the week. This hotel is beautiful and set high up with a lovely view. The room was immaculate and well equipped. So relaxing at that point it was owned by an elderly couple who were so welcoming I have been to many places in Greece and although the accommodation was basic the atmosphere was so warm. Ending up with the loveliest room (room 4, a superior double room) Very spacious and very neatly decorated with plenty of storage space. AND With a balcony viewing the pool area and ocean as well. The pool has really wonderful opportunities for different sunbeds with possibility for sun or shade...

Konstantin and his crew were extremely friendly and helpful. They served us great. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was reasonable. Manager was full of sense of humours and extremely knowledgable of good places for food and visit. He offered us great places to visit. I also needed to print something and he went and spoke to a local shop to get me discount and service which was very nice...

There’s Greek hospitality (which is already great) - and then there is Konstantin’s hospitality! Konstantin and his staff were fantastic. They make you feel so at home and apart of their family so quick! An amazing apartment with even more amazing hospitality! I’d give it 1000 stars if I could. Thank you Konstantin!

We spent 5 nights at Artemis and absolutely loved it. You get everything what you would expect from a 4-star place. Our room was cosy and clean, AC working all the time without any issues. Everybody working there was very nice and helpful, especially Konstantin: gave us advice on where to eat, ordered taxi for us, helped us with printing boarding passes. I would surely recommend the place to everyone

Myself and my boyfriend visited Artemis June 14th-June21st! We absolutely loved it, the hotel managers are so lovely and caring, we wouldn’t have had such an amazing time if it’s wasn’t for them. Especially Konstantino, he was amazing and informative. Crete is a beautiful place and all the restaurants have amazing service and are excellent at speaking English. Would 100% go again and stay at Artemis...

The hotel owner and Maria made us feel very welcome, almost as family, making our experience so much better. The food, the room, the staff in the hotel, everything great quality. The hotel location is amazing, you are close to the beach, close to shops, restaurants also close to buss transport to explore Crete further. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a genuine Greek experience!
