Stayed in room 429 on the street front, had no issues sleeping or with the noise. All of the staff are attentive, friendly and cant’t do enough for you. it was in August 2017 - excellent location, sea is not the word close under the Windows, to the centre and the local promenade two minutes, but on the other hand the night under the Windows do not walk, you can sleep with open balcony. This is a beautiful property with lovely pools and great food! The customer service we received was incredible and everybody was extremely warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Still a family atmosphere, still attentiveness, still a delicious breakfast, they have won our hearts again. It is close to the beach. There is someone at the reception 24/7, the nearest shop is right next to the hotel. And if you want dinner, the restaurant where you can eat is of course next to the hotel.

Thalia Hotel is our favourite hotel on Crete. Owners & staff ensure guests have the most wonderful holiday. Location could not be better. Few minutes walk to beach, shops & restaurants. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The food was also very good and the view at evening is amazing

Lovely apartments 10 mins walk up the hill to the villages. 20 mins to beach and lively area. Pool clean. We walked down hill to spar hyper market for water ect. Basic cooking area. Fridge with ice box. I would stay again definitely. We perfected the villages to eat as lots of choice. Looking forward to returning ☺️

Family holiday, 4 generations, absolutely fantastic week. Clean, comfortable accommodation with beautiful views of gardens, mountains & sea. Fantastic value for money and brilliant location, quiet but Hersonnisos & Koutouloufari all within a 10 min walk. The pool is beautiful, all staff extremely friendly & helpful. Couldn't have wished for a better holiday & would definitely go back.

Love this place. Great, clean, well kept apartments set in lovely grounds. Pool area lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Nice shaded bar area run by Yannis and Sylvia who are very welcoming. 10 minute walk up hill to Koutouloufari and Piskopiano, with fab restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Hersonissos front for a livelier night. Can't fault it 2nd visit in 2 years.

25th May to 4th June 14 family members stopped across 5 apartments at this lovely place - Fantastic setting for families with a great pool and views from the room across the gardens and out to the sea are and Yannis the barman brilliant - Rooms are a little dated and basic but clean and for the price more than adequate. Would definately return

Very accommodating on arrival and made us feel welcome. Rooms are clean and spacious but there is very limited space for any clothes to unpack. Bins changed everyday with towels and beds changed 3x in 2 weeks. Room given a brief sweep at this time but not much else. The bar is fairly priced and is the same as local bars.
