Very friendly staff and very proffesional. The hotel is very modernish decorated and has entrance side easy parking. Only 5-10 min walk from downtown. Really clean rooms and main halls despite the people going in and out. Very nice work!

What a great place!!! Not only the room is perfect, super modern, very clean but the hospitality is great! Sarah gave us the best restaurants/bars/ coffee shops tips ever! Good value self catering apartments, with a good cleaning service. Grounds have a delightful variety of fruit trees and plants. Relaxed atmosphete and friendly helpful service. There are a number of cats that patrol the grounds. We have had a lovely holiday based here in Crete.

We really enjoyed our four-night stay. Our hostess, the owner, was very warm and friendly. She recommended several excellent nearby restaurants. The room was very comfortable. It had a terrific balcony and a great view, near the old town, along with a price that we thought was very good. We plan on staying there again.

Appartement is good. 2x single bed, fridge, they charge 7 euro a day if you want air-condition, pans and utensils available. Room gets cleaned everyday. Wifi is great, every room has its own extender and speed is fast enough to watch videos on. Some rooms got beach view. Pool is small and shallow.

Good accomodation for travellers. It offers studio apartments with small kitchen, toilet and shower. There're comfortable bed, wardrobe, air conditioner, sofa, small dining table with 2 chairs. I have stayed at this wonderful hotel for a week and must say that everything has been excellent. Friendly and helpful staff and a cozy atmosphere right in the old town. I can truly recommend staying here.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are wonderful, the breakfast is lovely, the pools are delightful, and it's in a truly incredible location in Rethymno old town. Yiannis the manager was so attentive and helpful in resolving a minor room-related matter that my wife and I had (the original issue was not even their fault!!). We stayed at this boutique hotel for 10 days in the mezzanine room. It was a beautiful quiet hotel centrally located in the heart of old town Rethymno. We loved our stay at The Pepi. It was charming and the service was excellent. The interior of the room we stayed in was well laid out. The beds were very firm, almost too firm for us but it was not a deal breaker and the service and hotel itself were wonderful.
