We stayed here for five days and all the staff were so welcoming and eager to please, we felt right at home. There is a beach right across the road which was lovely. Our room was basic but clean, the showers were quite cold but with the hot weather this wasn't much of an issue! The pool was a bit green and murky, we did swim but maybe not as often as we would have liked as it could have been cleaner...

The place is very good, quiet, for familly with children - amazing place. The staff always smiling, polite and friendly. Rooms are clean. Food is very tasty. One thing - the could be more fruit variety. That's the only minus from us :) thank you for amazing holidays!

I stayed there for 7 days. It was a pleasant stay with minor problems, for example wifi was terrible - signal strength and reach was weak. Food was tasty and diverse for this standard. The best thing about the place were the people working there, mutual respect goes a long way :)

Great service. The hotel is located literally in the middle of nowhere so renting a car is a must. Rooms were cleaned everyday, food was great. A/C worked without a flaw.

This hotel has everything that an independent traveler needs! The room was perfectly suitable for our needs: it had a large comfortable bed and a sleeping loft for our teenager. Charming small hotel on the edge of the "Old Town." Extremely friendly and kind staff. As a family of four we were well looked after. The breakfasts provide a good start to the day with fruit, pastries, local delicacies, bread, eggs, jam and honey and freshly squeezed orange juice and wonderful coffee.

Weird hotel... Awesome atmosphere but sometimes 'old' was a little to literally taken. The beds are supernoisy etcetera. Though it's a place i would recommend if you search a place to stay for a night or two

Got back two days ago. Excellent hotel, a bit far from the center (old town), but the staff is very polite, rooms are clean and everything is new. It has absolutely all you need plus very very nice service. Two girls and one guy from the reception are very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you rent a car or don't mind paying for taxi to go to the center. ☺️

The best hotel ever! My cousin and I stayed at this hotel for a few days in the summer and we received the most amazing customer service from every worker. Dora, Maria and their family were extremely welcoming, informative and helpful from arrival. They exceeded expectations with their willingness to resolve any issues we had (outside of the hotel). Amazing! The place feels brand new and top quality. The girls working reception gave us the best intro we ever had, made us feel at home and provided a great service. We spent 2 weeks on different islands in Greece, this was by far the best Accommodation we had on our trip! Giannis and his Wife are super friendly and very helpful. The apartments are in a good quiet location in Platanias, very close to the beach and many restaurants. A bus stop is near by with a regular service to Rethymno. Made very welcome by Manos and family. Room was comfortable but very hot. Air conditioning in room at extra charge but he forgot to offer and we forgot to ask. Perfect room for a couple, 1 minute walk to the beach with a lovely cafe just next door for coffees and pastries. I was in Rethymno for the second time. The first time I stayed at Kriti Beach, Kyma's sister hotel. Excellent trip! We were 7 days in paradise! The SPA was unbelievable, with Evdokia- the friendly , beautiful face at the reception, Dina and Constantinos at the massages...We had very clean and tidy rooms, the mediterranean views are from another world and all the personnell was exceptionaly profesional and friendly!
