I had an excellent stay at Westside Residences By Rotana in İstanbul. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and welcoming, creating a seamless experience throughout my visit. I would very highly rate Guest relations Manager Mrs. Versile Kaya who went out of way to help make our stay at comfortable as possible. Her professionalism and calmed attitude towards guests gave us extreme comfort and drive is to make one's booking in the same residences. The room was spotless, well-designed, and equipped with everything needed for both comfort and efficiency. The hotel’s central location made it convenient to explore the city, while still offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere inside. Breakfast was of very high quality with a wide variety of fresh options. Overall, Westside Residences delivers exceptional service and comfort, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

This hotel definitely does not deserve five stars. It was not clean, and the furniture is very old and worn out. The only good thing was the staff - they were friendly and welcoming

The location is a little bit far from the heart of the city but it doesn't affect our staying at the hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was awesome with the plenty of variety of dishes. Highly recommend!

Modern and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms, great facilities, and friendly staff. The pool and spa are excellent. Location is a bit far from the center, but overall a very good stay.

Our stay at the Westside Rotana was truly delightful. The hotel staff dealt with all our concerns professionally and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect.
A special thanks to Vesile and Elif – they were exceptional. Their dedication, hard work, and warm hospitality made our stay truly wonderful. We genuinely appreciate their efforts and look forward to visiting again.

The stay was more than wonderful, the rooms are spacious and the place is beautiful and tidy. I stayed in an apartment with two rooms and a hall with an open kitchen. I thank Ms. Vesile who took great care of us during our stay at the hotel and followed up on our request until the last moment. We thank her very much. I also do not forget the reception staff for their wonderful reception of us despite the crowding during the hotel entry procedures. God willing, we will return to the hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet area, far from all the tourist spots—good if you want peace, but not convenient for sightseeing. The view from the high floor was lovely, and the room was clean, which I appreciated. However, the service was lacking. We were family of four with two children,had a few requests of bedding for our children during our stay, but they were ignored or delayed, which made the experience frustrating. Not the best choice if you expect good customer service.
