Place was okay fir the price staff were super nice didnt like the rooms were very very hot room was between 27 and 29 and no window to open and let some fresh air in to drop the temp to 24 or 23 at least.
Breakfast was nice and staff were very friendly when i needed anything from them

This hotel never disappoints me. The staffs are always happy to serve their customer. Mr. Mehmet is very helpful.

The service in this hotel is excellent. Mr. Caner, the manager, goes above and beyond the line of duty to help his customers. He has a wonderful personality and extends his help to provide whatever he can to his customers. He does not hesitate to do things himself if it helps his customers faster and better. Mr. Emre, the receptionist, is very prompt and very helpful. Both of these gentlemen are really very nice, understanding, and cooperative in every way they can. Mrs. Cansu is also very nice and helpful.
I revisited this hotel for a second time and, again, I can't say enough about Mr. Caner, the night manager, and Mr. Emre, one of the front desk receptionists. These two guys are true professionals and they treated us like family. They helped us in many ways that go above and beyond their call of duty. They are very pleasant and they made us feel like we have known them for years. I can't thank the entire staff, and Mr. Caner and Mr. Emre in particular, for their wonderful and professional treatment.

Overall experience is okay, rooms and cleanliness is average but the service was excellent.

In all honesty, I am unable to provide a completely unbiased review and rate this establishment with only one star. While the room itself was satisfactory and the location was convenient, the behavior of the staff was utterly disrespectful. When inquiring about the availability of a bellhop, the staff member made a highly inappropriate remark to my father, suggesting that he had enough children to assist him. Although we attempted to overlook this incident, the individual further exacerbated the situation by stating that if we were dissatisfied with the hotel, we should simply cancel our reservation. I have attached photographic evidence of me transporting my own luggage as proof of this incident.

Stayed there for two nights during our unplanned extended stay in Istanbul. The hitel has good facility and the staffs are so friendly. They accomodate us so well and showed us how to go for a small grocery shopping near the hotel.
There is a turkish restaurant near the hotel and the hotel was on the public transport line so it is easy to go around the place.

I would give it 1 star, the room was in the 8th floor, very hot and AC non working, fridge not working, no microwave and bathroom has soap only. They moved me to another room after spending a whole hour looking for 3 beds room, hallways and room stink because of cigarettes. Moved me to another room in the 6th floor when we spent 2 nights then woke up with bites on my whole body guess what it was? BED BUGS!!!!!! Blood on the sheets and beds, itchy really bad, again switched me to a 3rd room!!!! Again BED BUGS!!!!!! Now I'm paying doctor and medicine for what bed bugs had affected my body with!!!! I can share pictures of the bites

Check in was fast, Room 2117 is nice and cosy with all the necessary amenities set up. Great water pressure in shower , it be better to have 2 chairs at the sitting area.
Some attention needed, a standing lamp bulb to replace & door latch safety hook is missing.
Breakfast buffet is good , staff are helpful and courteous.

Its meant to be a 5 star hotel but we had to keep coming down because the fridges or minibar in the room wasn’t working and when i asked to change the room i got told they dont work in any room its been like that for a while and they can’t help me..couldn’t enjoy my stay
