I only stayed there one night due to a long layover at the airport. It was a very nice hotel. I did not have time to check it out very well or use any services. The breakfast was wonderful and the room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. As a tourist, there was nothing within walking distance. Overall, it was an excellent place.

A very fancy hotel. I love the lobby area. The service is amazing in general. Even the security is very helpful for the car park. Thank you! ☺️

the hotel is in good location but the rooms are very old, the towels are so old and bad, the smell is a disaster, as there are no irons. Bed sheets and covers were old and durty and purned. The breakfast was so poor, and there were not many items; If I can give them less than one star; I will.

Room is clean well organised everything available
Room is very small and tight though hardly can move around
Hardly can put the prayer mat and pray
AC is very hot
Bathroom is clean and new and all supplies available
Restaurant for breakfast is good. I wish they extend breakfast hours though.

I stayed in that hotel for my second time yesterday. Nice shower comfortable room also I've very loved lunch. Good chief. Reception Taha Faruk has good English and do nice service to clientes

I had a layover from trip with turkish my self with 3 kids and we suppose to catch the bus to the airport in the morning,so we were so tired we over slept, when I come down the front dest start screaming and shouting at me with lousy English, you're so late you suppose to be here at 10:00, so I sceam at him why you're screaming at me, so we had an argument and the guy literally coming out to fight me and swering at me saying ($@%!! ) arabic) even though lm not an arab!!! Likely his supervisor stop him, and asked him to go to the backroom, the superviser told me you missed your buss and you're turkish airline client,, get a taxi to go to the airport, even though there was an other bus coming in half hour, thanks to one of customer told me don't take taxi there's a bus coming ,, so the question is how possibly a nice hotel with with all you need Hiring angry front desk!!!!, Ready to fight

We were put up in the Clarion Hotel, because of a mix up with our flight. So Turkish airlines paid for our stay. The set menu was prepared too early, and as you sat down at the table, everything was put in front of you. So by the time got to the main course, it was ice cold and not tasty. The salad was pathetic 😒, no dressing, no salt etc, we had to ask for butter for the rolls. Really not good for a 5 star hotel.

Overall it was an awful experience to stay in this hotel. In the first day, the room heater doesn't work, I called the room service twice, I waited around 30 minutes, they came after third call, they said it will be fixed up, but It still doesn't work, I stayed in the room under 18° during the winter. The next day I moved to another room, but the room full of dust, the sink doesn't work well. It wasn't service for five star hotel.
