Courtyard by Marriott Istanbul West

Lovely service by the restaurant staff. Wide spread of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Kadir Metin berkan have done a great job. mehmet(house keeping) sees to the cleanliness of the place.

The staff are all genuinely friendly. Every single I stepped out wanting to practice walking independently staff would offer to help push me in the wheelchair. When they did push me around they will end the journey without hanging around awkwardly as if waiting for a tip. This is not to say tipping will not be unwelcome. I actually did without feeling any pressure to do so. The hotel itself is as you would expect, incredibly neat, gorgeous and has nice calming views. It is a modern hotel so the window can not be opened but the view from anywhere in room of that part of Istanbul makes up for this. The breakfast buffet cant get praised enough. Money well spent. It is also located in a quiet part of the city even though it is easy commute to all popular sites.

We had a lovely stay at the courtyard Marriott, during a delayed flight. It was very clean and provided an amazing breakfast. Sennur was very helpful and informative. She was concerned about our comfort during our stay. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Courtyard by Marriott in Halkali, Istanbul and I was thoroughly impressed with both the service and the fine dining. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options, specially Fatma & Tulin served some really good items from live Kitchen.

I was there last week and the staff, food, and rooms were great.

The rooms and amenities were wonderful. Especially my room 2 bedroom suits with a kitchen, it is a great idea if you want to stay more than 3 days because you feel yourself at home.

Rooms are larger than the surrounding hotels. Very friendly front-of-house staff including the cleaning staff. Good breakfast and comfortable enough bed/pillows.
We only used the indoor pool once (a little cooler than I prefer, but not bad). Sauna was unavailable due to COVID.

Their workout room is pretty well equipped with machines and free weights. the Thai lady at the spa is as friendly as the rest of the staff.

Pleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend the fixed menu package. Too long between servings. Long enough to loose appetite.

Desserts were good.

From check-in to check out the staff treats guest with the most respect and care. We highly recommend this hotel for short or long term stay.
