Great business option in Istanbul. Nice, modern rooms, well-appointed, and very good facilities. Gold Lounge is worth spending the extra on, and huge thanks to Irem T (Butler 7) for very friendly, professional, polite and courteous service. A really nice way to spend a few days in Istanbul if you don't mind being away from the more touristy areas.

I booked 4 rooms for me & my family. Wonderful hotel, delicious breakfast, very nice welcoming. My children very liked it.

Excellent service at every corner. Front desk, spa, restaurant, bar, all provided polite, focused and quality service. Food was very good and generous.
Rooms were large, luxurious but poorly soundproofed. Secure a room that faces away from the road and high in the building.
Conference facilities were great. Spa with pool were excellent although outdoor pool was closed sadly.
Busy part of town so traffic is constant nearby. Good facility for event.
Security at front door was surprising but useful.

Great hotel and facilities. Very clean and luxurious. Most importantly all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Especially the breakfast staff . We have been looked after very well by Baran who has gone above and beyond to attend to anything that we wished for. Emre has also been so welcoming every morning . And also thank you to Tarjun who has made the experience so personable. We look forward to coming back soon.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! A special thank you to ATA at the front desk and Seven in the golden room. My parents stayed here to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday and everything has been exceptional. The room is absolutely breathtaking with views that will bring you to another world. The service is impeccable and undeniably 5 star. I wish I could give them a 10/5. Thank you for making this trip memorable for the people I love the most in this world .

I stayed in this hotel for four nights with my mother and I can say: Everything was perfect! All the staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly. I would specifically like to mention that the concierges Ozan and Ali were very helpful, kind and competent. They supported us extensively in every way and gave us the best tips! The hotel can be proud to have such employees. They always took their time with us and showed us everything in detail. You just have to appreciate people like that. They had a smile for us guests every day!
The hotel itself was also great, very nice and clean rooms, great service. Whatever we needed, it was always ordered or made correctly and on time. If there were more stars to give, the staff and hotel would definitely deserve even more stars! I would come back at any time. Loved our stay here, especially the Gold Lounge! Every area of the hotel is impeccably designed and decorated. Seven in the lounge took great care of us and helped us plan out what to do during our time in town. The Aila restaurant was delicious as well. Wish it was a bit closer to downtown, but that’s the one thing I’d change about this hotel.

I’ve stayed at a few of the Fairmont chain hotels internationally and would say my stay at the Istanbul location has been one of the best yet. From the concierge service prior to my arrival, who assisted with arranging transportation to the overall customer service during my stay was just amazing. The hotel room was very clean, with breakfast having a nice selection of options. I would definitely stay at this hotel again & recommend to others.

This is my first time in this hotel and I couldn't find a reason why I should not come again, all of the staff have been polite, accommodating and helpful. I would like to complement Eleyna for the assistance provided as well as Mr Ethem 😀.
The only thing that would be noted negative is that no male therapist in the spa to help men in different therapy.
