I have stayed here 3 times now and every visit has been amazing, Atajan has been especially helpful, showing me how to navigate the subways and always making me feel welcome. As mentioned the proximity to the station is perfect!

Great hotel and it's location. In the walking distance located subway where you can easily get to the centre or airport. It is our second visit, this time we have ask to change our room due to some smoke in the room (windows were opened, someone must be smoking outside). There was no problem to get another room.
Kind and helpful receptionist and restaurant staff. Want to tag polite and cheerful Atacan.

We were at the hotel for it’s SPA. And I can say for sure that it was amazing. We have been to many places but this one was the best for price/service. I would recommend to everyone. It was so calm, it is a little small but they take reservations according to that. The 2 women from Bali were so kind, special thanks to them.

The thing that makes this hotel stand out from other’s, is the staff that work there.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Overall, the services provided were commendable, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff exhibited a high level of helpfulness and friendliness, creating a positive atmosphere.

The hotel boasts a restaurant with delicious food, offering a chance to indulge in authentic Turkish cuisine. If you're a fan of Turkish dishes, the restaurant is definitely a highlight worth exploring.

However, I must highlight a significant downside that affected my overall satisfaction during the stay – the issue of noise. Unfortunately, I could hear noises from neighboring rooms, and the noise from the fans was particularly disruptive. The loud fan noise woke me up multiple times during the night, impacting the quality of my rest.

To provide a clearer understanding of my experience, I have uploaded a video capturing the audible disturbances. This noise concern is an important aspect that the hotel management should address promptly.

Given the 4-star rating of the hotel, I believe there is a need for a comprehensive upgrade or refurbishment (remise à niveau) of the rooms to enhance soundproofing. This improvement would contribute significantly to the comfort and tranquility of guests during their stay.

In conclusion, while the hotel offers commendable services, cleanliness, and a friendly atmosphere, the noise issues detracted from the overall experience. Addressing this aspect would undoubtedly elevate the hotel's standing and contribute to a more satisfying stay for future guests

I have stayed in much better hotels. The price is a bit high considering the service. I can't say it's terrible, but my evaluations generally focus on value for money.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The two most important criteria for me are hygiene and friendly staff, both 100%. Their employees are smiling faces especially Mr. Serkan. Mr. Serkan takes good care of customers, thank you very much. Definitely a hotel I would stay at again. Everything was great.

Cozy and beautiful

The staff is really nice and helpful they are always happy to help you with whatever you need we need to point that Altug was specially nice with everyone and he was invested in everyones needs a great guy! and same with all the other workers cheers to them sadly we didn’t like the room it was a look towards a wall and it was boring specially because we staged almost two weeks there so it was really a concern also the food from the restaurant is expensive compared to another places and the change from euro to Turkish money is really expensive in the hotel so is better if you come with your money already changed besides that everything was fine!
