My mom and i every year come to this hotel,our room have a fantastic view to sea,it has a perfect breakfast,we never lost anything in this hotel,the stuff are kind and helpful,specially the manager mr ebrahim,which is very gentleman,and we really thankfull of him this time,he gives us very good discount because of some problems about our contry,we feel home here and everytime we choose this hotel.the hotel reach to everywhere,its near metro and main streets.

Located in a very busy road by the motorway. Tired looking building. Absolutely not 4 star, more like 2-3. Aircon didn't work. Kept saying it's being fixed or has been fixed. Changed room, still no aircon. Second room was even dirtier than the first one. Dirt on the walls, window bays, stained chair etc. Fridge worked more like a heater. Breakfast was awful. Horrible tasting tea, coffee and juices. Sausages weren't any better either. We ended up moving out to another hotel and lost our money. They refused to reimburse us for the nights we didn't stay. All and all TERRIBLE/AVOID if you expect 4 star service/amenities.

We were in the room with a wonderfull view. Everything was clean and we got new towels every day. The beds were really comfortable and I liked the food that was served for breakfast. The pool was cherry on top.

Actually it's 3 star hotel, rooms smell cigarette and no service in the room, you should pay for water and ice, it's 50 minutes walk to taksim square and 20 minutes to istiklal road

Best service i have ever received from one hotel.Staff was very helpful for me .Food was great. In my next visit i preferred this hotel for my family trip. The location was mind blowing and rooms was big and clean.Service was superb.

Grand Halic Hotel has an excellent location, just a one-minute walk to the metro. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, there were a few issues. Tea and coffee in the room were not replenished after cleaning, and they didn’t bring our luggage to the room. Instead, they sent us up with our luggage in the staff elevator, which was very unprofessional and disappointing.

The room was dark ,small ,old , no ventilation staff so bad tempered ,rooms without view🤢🤢🤢🤢I don’t recommended it ,breakfast awful 🤢🤢 It just has a good location and this hotel is 3 star not 4 star and the shower was broken and veryyy old
