Location: in the heart of Sultanahmet, a 2-minute walk from a tram stop, 500 metres from Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace, 17 km from the airport.

It’s very old and like the picture from booking and not clean at all. The old man not respectful at all and he is very rude we want to cancel the booking and take our money he refused and he kicked us out the hotel and he was saying bad words to us he is the manager but this is very bad.. even there is no water for drinking and the bed and linen not smelled good we had very bad experience

Hated every minute of it. Saw the hotel staff chasing away the street dogs resting on the steps. Don't recommend.

Good location, however, it is not a clean hotel. The carpets are old and worn out. The sofas in the lounge are dirty with visible stains and the porter was not friendly, he watched me drag my bags and did not help.

I was staying at another hotel before transferring to Hali. Not only was the location excellent i.e. near historical sites and safe but the staff were very helpful ecspecially Baci, I felt a warm energy from the environment. I instantly felt at home. I would definitely come back here.

Very hospitable, friendly staff. Hotel is safe, neat and clean. Rooms are cleaned daily.

Unfortunately, there is no kettle in the room but one can get boiling water in a flask from the reception area. There is a small bar fridge in the room.

Great location near Sultan Ahmet Square, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, the tram and Take-aways like McDonalds and Burger King.

Lovely view from the restaurant where you have breakfast.

Perfect location, perfect room, perfect staff i came from germany and i love this hotel so much, i have first and best experience in istanbul, Baki and the other guys at reception are wonderful guys, they care about you! Rare places and rare people like this 5 star its minimum! The view from the breakfast you can see it in the picture its wonderful and breathaking view! 🤍

Nice location. Near to blue mosque, Aya Sofia and grand bazaar. Hotel very basic with only essential items. No kettle, no glasses. Bathroom needs renovation. Breakfast a little boring

Ideal location next to the tram stop. Close to the main attractions. Beautiful panorama of the cafe on the roof. Very poor soundproofing. Internet features free wrong. The staff of the neispolnitelen reception ignores the requests of the customers.

Terrible! Photos on the site do not give real picture. I have apartment reserved and what eigeo photos posted here. Dirty electricity is dangerous, in the cologne, but few cups, fridge years not cleaned, shower and toilet stench that you have to puke, toilet does not flush, etc etc. For one night is 200€ is requested when you pay in cash it is 150€. Judge for yourself rda of the pictures or it is worth.
