We stayed at Mövenpick Hotel in Istanbul, Golden Horn, and overall, our experience was good. The rooms were very clean, and the service was excellent. The bedsheets were always spotless, and the atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and pleasant. Special thanks to the housekeeper Kadriye, who was extremely polite and did her job very thoroughly.👏🏻💗
While the breakfast was good, it could be even better with more variety. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the major tourist attractions, but it’s right across from a park and the sea, which is great for fresh air and a nice walk. There are also cafes and a hospital nearby.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and everything was well-organized. Thank you for the hospitality!"

Excellent service and accommodation. I really would like to thank Ayșe at the breakfast lounge for her kind hospitality and simply explaining the process how to subscribe for breakfast on the day of check in. The experience of the hotel was much greater with kindness and highly professional customer service agents like Ayșe.

Upon arrival, the receptionist tried to trick me into paying 140 euros to upgrade the room, even though I had booked the same room with the same view of the Golden Horn. Additionally, due to my early arrival after a late flight, I was given a smoking room, despite being a non-smoker, which really bothered me. The baggage handler was uncooperative.
Since there were no restaurants near the hotel and the location was far from all services, including the metro (which was a 7-minute walk away), I had to order room service. Unfortunately, the food was not appetizing.
This hotel is not worth visiting again. I was surprised that it is part of the Mövenpick chain, as I am a loyal customer. However, this particular hotel was very different due to the staff’s lack of professionalism and poor service.

One of the really best hotels in istanbul if you want an exceptional stay do not hesitate to reserve here the. The whole staff is just amazing I’ve never saw such a friendly and professional staff like this! They represented the hotel very very well.
I was planning to stay for 5 nights but I ended up staying the whole period here & brought my family as well.
The rooms are very clean and wide , location is amazing even though it’s not a touristic area but still it’s central and u can easily reach anywhere.
The breakfast has multiple variation and delicious.
There’s a park with sea view in-front of the hotel which is nice to take a walk in the morning :)

I was very pleasant with my stay at the hotel. The service was perfect and the employees were very friendly. Omer at the restaurant introduced the buffet nicely and his hospitality was stunning. Also, on our check out we had some ice cream. Amine served us with some delicious tea and Ice cream.

The stay was very pleasant. The entire team, including, Baki, were friendly, professional, courteous, and attentive. Baki was the first to greet and the last to wish us safe travels. The entire hotel was very clean and pleasant. Recommend this hotel to all.

I had marvellous experience staying at this hotel.
Service level in every area has exceeded my expectations. From Bell Boy , front desk to restaurant, I was well greeted by friendly staff.
Nice room , great hospitality. It really makes a difference to your deserving vacation or business trip. I will definitely recommend this hotel .

We have enjoyed our exceptional stay at the hotel. Reception staff were very nice, helpful, and friendly and showed generous hospitality. Room service was welcoming and trustworthy. We pretty much loved the hotel; it was our first time and will hopefully not be the last.

The individual who took care of our rooms was great.. friendly and always smiling..and he cleaned and ordered the rooms very well..the staff are all friendly..1 thing i found odd is that extra water is chargeable..very unusual.. spa is really good.. very pleased with my stay.. i am sure i will come back..
