Booked a city view room gave room without window
Staff was really unhelpful at reception had to pay extra £200 to get a room with a window
While the breakfast was good, it could be even better with more variety. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the major tourist attractions, but it’s right across from a park and the sea, which is great for fresh air and a nice walk. There are also cafes and a hospital nearby.

Since there were no restaurants near the hotel and the location was far from all services, including the metro (which was a 7-minute walk away), I had to order room service. Unfortunately, the food was not appetizing.
This hotel is not worth visiting again. I was surprised that it is part of the Mövenpick chain, as I am a loyal customer. However, this particular hotel was very different due to the staff’s lack of professionalism and poor service.
I was planning to stay for 5 nights but I ended up staying the whole period here & brought my family as well.
The rooms are very clean and wide , location is amazing even though it’s not a touristic area but still it’s central and u can easily reach anywhere.
The breakfast has multiple variation and delicious.
There’s a park with sea view in-front of the hotel which is nice to take a walk in the morning :)
