I was very pleasant with my stay at the hotel. The service was perfect and the employees were very friendly. Omer at the restaurant introduced the buffet nicely and his hospitality was stunning. Also, on our check out we had some ice cream. Amine served us with some delicious tea and Ice cream.

The stay was very pleasant. The entire team, including, Baki, were friendly, professional, courteous, and attentive. Baki was the first to greet and the last to wish us safe travels. The entire hotel was very clean and pleasant. Recommend this hotel to all.

I had marvellous experience staying at this hotel.
Service level in every area has exceeded my expectations. From Bell Boy , front desk to restaurant, I was well greeted by friendly staff.
Nice room , great hospitality. It really makes a difference to your deserving vacation or business trip. I will definitely recommend this hotel .

We have enjoyed our exceptional stay at the hotel. Reception staff were very nice, helpful, and friendly and showed generous hospitality. Room service was welcoming and trustworthy. We pretty much loved the hotel; it was our first time and will hopefully not be the last.

The individual who took care of our rooms was great.. friendly and always smiling..and he cleaned and ordered the rooms very well..the staff are all friendly..1 thing i found odd is that extra water is chargeable..very unusual.. spa is really good.. very pleased with my stay.. i am sure i will come back..

I had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful specially the reception guy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel, great food, great service. A traveling companion left a passport in the safe, the hotel was able to get it to the airport in a taxi to make the flight on time! Very attentive service.

The hotel is very lovely 😍. I'd give it a 5 stars if they had all the facilities available but they don't have a swimming pool.
The open buffet is very diverse and you can taste the authentic Turkish food as well as the international food.
The staff are very respectful and friendly especially Fatma who helped us a lot while our stay.
The location has great view but less services in a walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast selection was amazing. The restaurant on the top floor was superb. We were so impressed that we booked another night at the Hotel after returning from our road trip to Cappadocia and before flying out.

I have finally found a hotel that I feel is 100% perfect in every aspect. I had the most relaxing time and the service was fantastic. I want to say a special thanks to Amine and Omer in the lobby restaurant and bar for being so kind and friendly, they made me feel so welcome. I can’t wait to come back soon.
