The staff are really nice. But the hotel location is not great and you need a car or taxi to get by

Beautiful pool and nice gym. But rooms are not as clean as it should be for 4 stars.
Some rooms sinks are clogged in as well. Shower is extremely weak. Water barely runs!
Floors are being cleaned with windex bottles and maps. No water involved at all. Dust is everywhere. They don’t dust anything and they don’t clean showers at all. Pretty much pick up garbage, wipe floors and towels replacement. No cleaning time schedule. Cleaner comes whenever, 11am, 3pm, 2pm. Sometimes we had no towels and had to call in for cleaners to come in. Quality of walls are garbage! I haven’t slept for 5 nights in a row now. It’s 12:50am right now and I’m awake. It’s a 5th night in a row that something woke me up. They are fixing their elevators at 1am, banging with hammers and drilling something. You can hear babies crying through the walls, you can hear every step from whoever is staying above you. Elevator is in the middle of the building and you can hear it going up and down like it’s in your bedroom.
Ridiculous set up!!!
If you are reserving to stay here because of ACIBADEM purposes…..DO NOT BOOK HERE…You will regret it the very first night because you will need quiet and peaceful place to heal.

Extensive rooms. Good service. Good location but there is a noise problem. Cleanliness medium. The furniture and carpentry are worn out. The price is reasonable.
