One of the best hotels that I have been to. The service was great, the food was delicious and the environment was good and the rooms had a good size to them and an awesome view of the city and a decently sized swimming area with a great gym facility. What they could improve on is some of the outlets paint was peeling off and at one point the toilet door was kind of hard to close. But other than that overall the hotel was amazing.

The hotel is very nice, staff is friendly. The food is really delicious and well prepared. Ms.Nura was helpful keeping our room fresh and comfortable.

Really close to the airport so its very convenient. Food was okay. Staff were helpful. The only problem was there was no curtain for the bathroom window (not all room though there’s still some with curtain)

This is my second stay with the Pullman group. What a disappointment. Nothing compared to the Maldives Pullman resort.
The Good: beds are comfortable so you will get a good nights rest.
It is a distance from main areas so you will need transport to get to things.
The not so good:
The customer service is lacking, it seems as though no one wants to be at work. The people are not rude just indifferent.
The phones in the room do not work so you will have to play with waiting to see where and if the call gets connected. I had to walk down to the lobby to ask for things. The pool towels must be delivered to your room along with anything else you may need. The AC didn’t work in 2 out of 3 rooms we were in. We contacted services and they did come and fix it. Several of the light bulbs were out, there was no towels or soap upon arrival. The food at the buffet was mediocre. The concierge tries to have you buy a $100 to $200 4 to 5 hour taxi with chauffeur. Do your self a favor and either use the nearby cheap and effective public transportation or take a taxi to what you want to see. You will be walking to see things anyway.
Had I not stayed in a Pullman before, I would completely stop going to any of their hotels. Hopefully, management will look at the rooms and way the hotel is ran.

It takes about 40-50 minutes from the airport to the hotel.
The hotel lobby and the bed were in good condition.
The hotel staff is also kind.
But Starbucks in the lobby had a lot of limited cards for foreigners, so I couldn't pay..
and don't they fix the bathroom?
There was no shampoo and conditioner shower gel.
The refrigerator doesn't work, either.
There are many things that need to be improved. I hope it improves soon.

The worest reception ever!
I asked the receptionist during check Inn that I need a tooth brush, he told available in the room
But it doesn't available
I called the room service, they didn't bring.
I asked him how to login into the wifi, he give incomplete answers
The hotel is good but the managment must pay attention to staff

The architecture, stuff and everything is just great. Me and other people from turkish airlines checked-in here, because of the delay and long waiting flights, but I am really impressed and amazed. I think this hotel is worth every penny.

Second time visiting hotel this year, just 30 min away from Istanbul airport and city rush on the way

This hotel is not on par with other 5 star hotels in Istanbul. The service at the reception desk and concierge was non-existent and unfriendly. All the hot food was cold. The spa was the only good thing.
