We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend this place! The location is a little far from the city centre, but taxis are easy to get, and it’s actually a bonus — we get to enjoy the luxury, space, and peaceful atmosphere here instead of staying in a crowded city hotel.
There is of course nothing going on the area that would be worth to visit. If you end up here. Take a cab and ho to karaköy
Stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. Upgraded the room yet was given one with a huge smashed mirror. Otherwise the room was bland for 5 stars however comfortable and couldn’t really complain about anything else.
However upon landing back in London I realised my gold wedding ring and some of my wife’s cheaper fashion jewellery had been stolen from a small box in my bag.
I reported it to the hotel and all I was told is that they wouldn’t investigate until the police contacted them. However you can’t report a crime over the phone nor online to Istanbul police.
Therefore I was left with very little options, £1300 down and incredibly frustrated.
What impressed us most was the way he handled everything with such grace and patience. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Thanks to his efforts, our stay was not only comfortable but also memorable.
Ali is a true credit to the Pullman team, and his exceptional service turned a good trip into a great one. We are grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially because of the excellent staff like Ali.
The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. From the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and offering a wide variety of international and local dishes.
The hotel’s facilities are equally impressive. The spa and wellness center provide a peaceful escape after a day of exploring Istanbul, and the fitness center is well-equipped for those who like to stay active. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the airport and key attractions while still offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, the Pullman Hotel Istanbul exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city who is looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. I can’t wait to return!
