The hotel is excellent for families. The apartment is spacious and the swimming pool was very nice. The negatives are 1) A very smoking smell in the both apartments even though we booked none smoking apartments; 2) The AC is not stable hot / cold / hot / cold all night. Moreover, some rooms are always hot.

We were very pleased with the service during our stay at your hotel. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms were truly impressive. The friendly and helpful approach of the employees made our holiday even more enjoyable. We were very pleased with the variety and flavors in the breakfast buffet. Spa and fitness facilities can be used to rehydrate and rejuvenate. Being close to a large shopping mall and offering free shuttle service made our shopping and trips much easier. It was a great experience, we definitely plan to come again! I would like to express my special thanks to Mr. Yakup, who provided room service.

Everything was perfect during our holiday at your hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The attention and warm attitude of the staff made us very happy. The breakfast options were wide and delicious, we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The spa and fitness center added additional comfort to our holiday. Additionally, it was a great advantage that the hotel offered free shuttle service to historical places, so we had the opportunity to easily explore the cultural riches of the city. I haven't had a good hotel experience in a long time. I have been very happy with your staff. In general, in large hotels, a lack of interest may occur due to the density of customers. Mr. Jacob was especially very helpful and I didn't need to explain the problem I had to ten people, he took care of the whole process. He is a very nice and positive person and I would like to know him personally and thank him.

I wrote a bad review originally as follows ....Can you believe this hotel does not provide milk for lactose intolerance. The supermarket next door sells the milk but this hotel does not provide it for guests. Come on ... Let's think about the guests please.
The management responded within 6 hours and delivered lactose intolerance milk and started to offer the option. Now that's great service and let's me concentrate on the fact that the hotel is clean and luxurious , the staff are professional and the management aware and open to positive change. A great place. Highly recommended. Thanks guys

This place is fantastic. The apartments are very spacious and clean.
Most importantly, the entire staff team is amazing. They are available always. Very warm. Make you feel at home.
Have made one recommendation (specially for Indian guests/ travellers) that if there can be an Indian breakfast menu, it will enhance the experience.
Looking forward to be here again.

The welcome was very good from the moment we entered. It was a warm welcome as if they knew us before and this made us very happy. The gentleman who cleaned our room, Yaşar, had a smile and met our every request. It was very good. This was very important for the prestige of the hotel. When I come to Istanbul, Mövenpick will be in the first place from now on. stay with love 🙂

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were amazingly spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, showing genuine warmth and hospitality from the moment we arrived. We brought our dog along, and they made her feel just as welcome, which meant the world to us. The restaurant on-site was fantastic.
