Pros :
- The room had a nice view since we were in the 14th floor.
- The bathroom had a bath, just as we requested.
- Free shuttle to a mall nearby, I forgot its name. Just ask the reception.
- Wifi speed was good enough
- Rooms were clean
- Taxis are available in front of the hotel and public transport is also available.
Cons :
- The restaurant had barely any Turkish food and there was a very limited selection of food.
- In their Cafe they mentioned that they have salep but we asked about it everyday during our stay and it was never available which was very disappointing.
- The location is not that good but it is not bad either.
- The indoor pool is too small
- Minimal amenities in the bathroom. For example there is no liquid handsoap, only a soap bar which is pretty strange.
- Rooms are not cleaned after 13-14
The staff is very friendly. There are also deutsprachiges staff at the front Desk. The Tuba and, I think his Name was Mohammad :) were super nice and helpful and speak perfect English. The are always in a good mood. Tuba has recommended to us a great Trip. A boat tour with super food, Mega Service, and a great Show. And Party music is also. Shisha you can smoke on the boat. Without alcohol it only costs 50€ all inclusive. Only hookah, of course, costs and photos to make there.
One comes from the Hotel everywhere. We mainly use the public transport. Taxis were always at the Hotel. It is actually everywhere, in about 15 - 20 with the public. We visited a lot of different places.
In the Hotel there is a Fitness facility, and indoor and outdoor swimming Pool. A Sauna, a steam room, and more. Everything was tested, because the time was missing :) the Sauna steam room are separated. You can relax super. All in good condition. Was opened until 22 PM. The outdoor swimming pool to 20 PM.
We would book again.
