Windsor Hotel & Convention Center Istanbul

Very nice hotel but not really up to the standards of other 5 star hotels in Turkey.

Pros :
- The room had a nice view since we were in the 14th floor.
- The bathroom had a bath, just as we requested.
- Free shuttle to a mall nearby, I forgot its name. Just ask the reception.
- Wifi speed was good enough
- Rooms were clean
- Taxis are available in front of the hotel and public transport is also available.

Cons :
- The restaurant had barely any Turkish food and there was a very limited selection of food.
- In their Cafe they mentioned that they have salep but we asked about it everyday during our stay and it was never available which was very disappointing.
- The location is not that good but it is not bad either.
- The indoor pool is too small
- Minimal amenities in the bathroom. For example there is no liquid handsoap, only a soap bar which is pretty strange.
- Rooms are not cleaned after 13-14

We were in the 12 floor with a great view. Have booked, we will without food. The room is fully air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi, with very good power. The bed is super comfortable and has a huge ceiling. Ideal for a couple. In the bathroom there is everything you need. And you get to the kettle each Morning, a bottle of water.

The staff is very friendly. There are also deutsprachiges staff at the front Desk. The Tuba and, I think his Name was Mohammad :) were super nice and helpful and speak perfect English. The are always in a good mood. Tuba has recommended to us a great Trip. A boat tour with super food, Mega Service, and a great Show. And Party music is also. Shisha you can smoke on the boat. Without alcohol it only costs 50€ all inclusive. Only hookah, of course, costs and photos to make there.

One comes from the Hotel everywhere. We mainly use the public transport. Taxis were always at the Hotel. It is actually everywhere, in about 15 - 20 with the public. We visited a lot of different places.

In the Hotel there is a Fitness facility, and indoor and outdoor swimming Pool. A Sauna, a steam room, and more. Everything was tested, because the time was missing :) the Sauna steam room are separated. You can relax super. All in good condition. Was opened until 22 PM. The outdoor swimming pool to 20 PM.

We would book again.

Holy crap such a nice hotel! Very clean. The staff was very nice and professional, but I can't say they all spoke English. The breakfast buffet was the beeeesssttt.

The towers are an exemplary example of how upmarket and trendy business and residential towers must be. From the entrance, to the valet parking, the nicely staffed reception, and the high speed elevators everything is of the highest standards. 5 stars. The main restaurant on the ground floor is outstanding.

The location was very close to the airport and the hotel was beautiful. The room was clean but the service was a bit slow.

Wonderful hotel amazing breakfast helpfull staff especialy front office. There is golden horn view and istanbul
